I have been ‘fermenting’ the structure of the workshops, and have come up with a whole new look – shorter classes, more content, AND…. A new workshop – CHOCOLATE HEAVEN.
How it will look now:
HEAL YOUR GUT – FOODS – Green Smoothies, Carrot/Ginger, Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Sprouting, Miso Soup, Beetroot Dip, Hommus, Viili Yoghurt, Beetroot Kvass, Kombucha, Chia Pudding & Liposomal Vitamin C.
This is very similar to the previous formatted ‘ Fermenting & Your Gut Health’ workshop.
HEAL YOUR GUT – DRINKS – Water Kefir, Coconut Kefir, Coconut Yoghurt, Sunflower Seed Dressing, Electrolyte Lemonade, Pineapple Tepache, Rejuvelac,Nut Milks (coconut, almond, brazil nut, hazelnut, macadamia), Seed Milks (quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, sesame, h**p), Oat Milk, Cacao Smoothie.
CHOCOLATE HEAVEN – Chocolate Sweet Potato Brownie, Chocolate & Avocado Mousse, Chocolate Chia Pudding, Cacao Smoothie, Min Choc Chip Ice-Cream, Nutella, Chocolate Fudge & Chaga Hot Chocolate.
Some classes have already been scheduled on The Sunshine Coast, Woolgoolga, Wellington Point & Marburg.
I am offering a special for anyone who books in to a class before the 14th April (which is also available for your friends) - $130 for either (or both) of the ‘HEAL YOUR GUT’ Classes, and $95 for the CHOCOLATE HEAVEN class.
Also, I have just bottled up the latest batch of FERMENTED ONIONS, and if you haven’t tried them yet they are sooooo good – kind of sweet and caramelized. Just organic red onions and sea salt.
And…. A NEW ferment for you to try – Carrots, Dill, Mustard Seeds, Onion, Garlic & Sea Salt (all organic). More KIMCHI is also on the way - ready in 4 weeks.
