We Rock The Spectrum Geelong is turning 6, and we're celebrating with Australia's Biggest Morning Tea in honour of our Grandpa. 💛

We’re looking for passionate, caring, and motivated people who are ready to support children of all abilities in a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment.

✨ Essential Requirements:
✔ Experience in disability support or similar roles
✔ Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent)
✔ Medication competency completed
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current Working with Children Check
✔ Strong communication & organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team

⭐ Preferred (but not essential):
• Full Driver’s Licence
• Experience with group/community programs
• Administration or office experience
• Social media creativity skills
