Spirit led me to create this.

Something magical. Something a little beyond what most of us let ourselves imagine anymore.

Because somewhere along the way, so many of us lost it.

That wide-eyed, anything-is-possible kind of wonder we had as children. Life got busy. Serious. Practical. And imagination quietly became something we grew out of, instead of something we kept.

I don’t believe we were ever meant to lose it.

So in my world, I get to build the kind of magic that calls it back.

Candlelight. Silk hanging in the dark. Sound moving through the room like something from another world. Spaces designed to pull you out of your head, back into your body, and into imagining far beyond what this world tells you is possible.

If you know the song playing over this, you already know the exact feeling I’m chasing.

This is what I create. Not just a sound bath. A doorway back to wonder.

Come and remember what it feels like to believe in magic again. 💛

reveal 🔊

It’s the ocean 🌊

(your body already knew, didn’t it?)

And I’d put money on this. Even through a phone, some part of you softened the moment you heard it. Maybe your shoulders dropped half an inch.

Maybe you breathed out a little deeper. Your body recognised this one before your mind did.
That’s the magic of a regulating sound.

Think back to last week’s robo vac. It hummed, it moved, it changed, and your body stayed quietly braced because it never knew what was coming.

The ocean does the opposite. It’s rhythmic and predictable, the same gentle in and out, over and over. Nothing to track, nothing to brace for, so your system finally gets to put its guard down.

And it’s slow.

That long roll and pull moves at about the pace of calm breathing, so your own breath starts to stretch out to meet it. You don’t have to try. The sound does the leading.

So here’s your little invitation this week. When you want to come home to yourself, reach for the sounds that are steady and slow.

Let them in properly, give them your full attention, and feel how quickly your body remembers how to rest. 🤍

Tell me, where’s your favourite place in the world to hear the waves?

Ok guys, it’s week 2 of Listen In. 🔊

Who’s going to be first to guess this one?

Sound on, close your eyes for a second, and tell me what you’re hearing. And for bonus points, where in the world would you be if you heard it too?

This one might come easily to you… but here’s the thing. Tomorrow night I’ll reveal what this sound is quietly doing to your nervous system, and it’s the complete opposite of last week’s robo vac. Some of you are going to feel very seen.

Drop your guess below 👇 first one in wins the bragging rights. 💛

Save this if you’re starting to really hear the world around you.

The most beautiful things in life were never things.

They’re the people. The moments. The feeling of being truly seen by someone who gets it.

This is the whole reason I create these gatherings. Not just for the magic of the sound bowls or the silks, as much as I love them, but for what happens when women come together in a space that feels safe.

The exhale. The knowing looks across the room. The way we all soften when we realise we’re not the only one carrying so much.

Connection. Community. A space where you can simply be, and rise alongside other women doing and feeling the same.

That’s what Sound & Soul really is. And honestly, I love bringing women together ✨

The next one is this Sunday, on the Winter Solstice, the perfect moment to set down what you’ve been carrying and begin again. We’ve got a few silks left, and I’d so love to have you in the room.

Tap the link in my bio to claim one of the last silks, or DM me the word SOLSTICE and I’ll send you all the details 💛

The reveal is here. For everyone who played along, thank you. 🔊

It was the robo vac. 🤖

I’ll be honest with you, I can’t stand the noise that thing makes. For the longest time I thought that was just me being fussy.

It’s not.

Your nervous system relaxes around sound it can predict. Steady, rhythmic, coming from the same spot. That’s why rain on the roof or a fan can actually soothe her.

But the robo vac hums, it moves, it bumps into things, it shifts pitch as it goes. Your body never quite gets to settle, because it’s busy tracking where that sound is and what it’s about to do next.

So all day, underneath everything, a little part of you stays switched on.

If a sound gets under your skin, that’s not you being precious. That’s information. It’s her telling you something about what she needs to feel safe.

This week, just notice. Which sounds in your home are predictable, and which ones keep you quietly braced?

You might be surprised what’s been running you ragged in the background. 💛

Now tell me, what’s the one sound in your house you can’t stand? I have a feeling I’m not the only one. ✨

🔊 SOUND ON FOR THIS ONE!

Here’s something new I’m starting.

Every weekend I’ll be sharing a sound. Just the sound, & maybe a clue. Your job is to guess what it is, and where you’d hear it.

This first one hums away in the background while you get on with your day, and most of us stopped really hearing it a long time ago.
So… what’s making this sound, and where would you find it?

Drop your guess below 👇

I’ll reveal it tomorrow, along with what this everyday hum is quietly doing to your nervous system without you even noticing.

Save this if you’re ready to start hearing the soundscape you actually live inside. 💛

When did you last lie down and let someone else hold you?

Not the kids. Not the washing. Not the never-ending list in your head. You.

If you can’t remember, this is your sign.

On the morning of the Winter Solstice, as the year turns and the light begins its slow return, a small circle of women is gathering to do the one thing we never let ourselves do. Stop. Soften. Be held.

This is Sound & Soul. You’ll be cradled in a silk hammock while crystal bowls and gentle instruments move through your body, melting the tension you’ve been carrying for months.

There’s a solstice ritual to set down what’s heavy, channelled guidance with the beautiful Claudia Compton, and a circle of women who just get it. No fixing, no performing. For one morning, nothing is asked of you.

You’ll leave lighter. Clearer. Softer. Back in touch with the woman underneath all of it. Underneath the doing, the giving, and everyone else’s needs. The one who’s been there the whole time.

🌙 Sunday 21 June, 10am to 2pm
📍 Rokh Fit Studio Burleigh Heads
✨ An intimate circle of just 12 women

Only a few places left now, and the circle’s filling fast. If something in you just exhaled reading this, that’s your answer.

Save your place through the link in my bio, or DM me the word SOLSTICE and I’ll look after you 💛

Sound has always been part of my path. I just didn’t have the words for it for a long time.

For years I worked with women in a different way. Behind the chair, with colour and cuts, making them feel beautiful. But it was never really about the hair. It was about how they felt sitting in front of me. Seen. Softened. A little more themselves.

Even then, I knew I was working with frequency. I just couldn’t have told you where it would lead me.

These past three years have cracked something open in me. Not learning something new. Remembering something old. Something I think I’ve always carried, and was always going to come back to.

Watching these moments back, three years in a few little clips, I feel all of it again. Every event. Every woman who laid down in the silk and finally let go. Every time the bowls filled a room and I watched shoulders drop and the tears come.

It reminds me, over and over, of what I’m actually here for.

To hold the space. To help women come home to themselves. To remind a tired nervous system that it’s safe to rest.

This is the gift. This is the remembering. And somehow it feels like I’m only just beginning.

With love, Kylie 💛

You walked in with 99 problems.

The list that never ends. The washing, the messages you haven’t answered, the thing you forgot to book, the worry you can’t quite name. You carried all of it through the door.

Then you lay down. The bowls started. And one by one, the noise began to drop away.

Honestly though, the problems didn’t vanish. They were all still there when you left.

But your body finally stopped bracing against them. Your shoulders dropped. Your breath slowed. You sank into the silk and finally let your body be held. And from there, 99 problems somehow felt more like two.

So why does sound do what a holiday and an early night never could?

Because you don’t just hear it. You feel it move through you, right down to the cells. And your busy, planning, worrying brain slows into the same state you usually only touch in the moments before sleep.

It’s the rest your body’s been starving for. Not more sleep. Deeper rest. The kind that actually reaches the nervous system.

Nothing in your life changed. You did.

That’s a sound bath. 💛
