Tonight's experiment... a carrot and ginger poultice! 😄

I'm giving this old-fashioned remedy a go for a mild sore throat, tender neck muscles, and swollen lymph glands.

Natural health has a long history of simple home remedies that have been passed down through generations. While not all have been thoroughly researched by modern science, I enjoy learning about them and thoughtfully trying some for myself.

Will I wake up feeling refreshed... or just smelling like the vegetable aisle? 🤭🥕
