Today, some of our MPHN team came together to take part in the 9km Out of the Shadows Walk, walking in support of su***de prevention and in memory of lives lost to su***de.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the team, helping raise more than $1,500 for Lifeline.

For us, today was about more than the kilometres walked. It was about standing alongside our community, showing support for people impacted by su***de, and helping keep important conversations about mental health and su***de prevention visible.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and cheered us on. Every contribution helps remind people across our communities that they are not alone.

It’s not too late to support our team at https://www.outoftheshadowswalk.org.au/fundraisers/murrumbidgeeprimaryhealthnetwork πŸ’™
