When you are experiencing lower vibrations more often you may also notice that you are physically feeling flat, lethargic, discomfort & tension throughout the body, more prone to illness
🌸Here are 6 things you can do to increase your vibration each day
🌸Have a gratitude practice
👉A journal that you can write in your gratitude for the day. Last thing before bed is a great time
👉Allow each member of your family to express what they are grateful for before dinner each night
👉Express gratitude throughout the day ie when you pay a bill or do the shopping- thank you for the money.
🌸Love
👉Visualise and think about someone that you love, allow the feelings of joy, love and warmth to wash over you.
👉Embrace someone that you love, this physical touch will reduce physical discomfort and raise your vibration
🌸Meditation, yoga and breathwork (use essential oils)
👉Add 1-2 drops of essential oil into your hand, rub together and then inhale through the nose. Try this breathing technique. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, release for 4. Easy Air, Clearify, Douglas Fir , Siberian Fir is good here to expand the chest.
👉Breathe in the fresh air. Our brain is made up of 75% water. That is H20, two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, it NEEDS oxygen to work effectively. Our brain is incredibly metabolically active (kids even more so) and has a huge thirst for oxygen. Breathe fresh air deeply!
👉Meditation and yoga are incredible practices to calm the nervous system, instill feelings of peace and relax the physical and emotional bodies. Apply Rose touch (highest vibration oil) to your heart space and wrists before your practice.

👉Roll Balance Touch to the base of your feet and then place your barefeet into the earth to ground yourself and connect back into the source. This is simply like plugging yourself into a PowerPoint to recharge and vibe up.
This is also a really great way to expose yourself to the beneficial microbes in the earth.

👉Go for a walk in nature. Movement encourages blood to flow around your body, oxygen to pump to your organs and hormones to be released. This increases mood and your vibration quickly plus improves clarity. Feeling stuck? go for a walk
🌸You are what you eat
👉Consume food that is as close to the source as possible. Farmers markets, home grown. By organic as often as you can and ditch the toxic residues.
👉Eat high vibrational food. Consuming nutrient dense high vibe food will lift your vibration naturally. Processed and additive filled foods encourage dense energy within the body.
👉Stay hydrated. Filtered water is best.
🌸Consume high vibe music and entertainment
👉Turn off anything that brings about the lower vibrations
👉Put Citrus oils into your diffuser, turn on your favourite music and dance around your home, watch your fave movie with someone you love, laugh until your cheeks hurt.
