Something that started as a small idea has slowly grown into something much bigger, more aligned, and far more meaningful than I originally imagined.

I’m so excited to share that the Cooee Health Co. website is officially live.

Over the past few months, there’s been a real shift in direction behind the scenes — moving toward a more supportive and whole-person approach to wellness. The heart of Cooee Health Co. is about helping bridge the gap between appointments, providing continuity of care, and creating a space where people feel supported, heard, and guided in a realistic and sustainable way.

This next chapter feels deeply aligned with the kind of care and support I’ve always wanted to offer.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me, and believed in this vision along the way. I truly can’t wait to continue building this.
