To help us provide safe and timely care for everyone, our Urgent Care Clinic operates as a walk-in service only.

Patients are seen based on the urgency of their medical condition, not the order in which they arrive.

While we understand waiting can be frustrating, this system ensures that patients with the most serious or time-critical conditions receive care as quickly as possible.

✔️ Walk-in service only – no bookings
✔️ Patients are triaged according to clinical need
✔️ Arrival time does not determine when you will be seen
✔️ Our team is committed to providing the best possible care for every patient

📢 Important Update for Our Patients

From 1 July 2026, Medicare requires all patients who are being bulk billed to provide consent by signing an Assignment of Benefit form.

✍️ After your consultation, please attend Reception before leaving the clinic to sign your Medicare consent form.

This signature is a mandatory Medicare requirement and allows us to process your bulk billing claim.

Your visit is not complete until the consent form has been signed, so please ensure you stop by Reception after seeing the doctor.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we comply with these new Medicare requirements.

🚨 Call 000 Immediately If You Have:

- Chest pain or symptoms of a heart attack
- Signs of a stroke (Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty)
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Unconsciousness, seizures, or sudden confusion
- Severe bleeding that won't stop
- Major injuries, including serious head, neck or spinal injuries, major burns, or severe fractures
- Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) with difficulty breathing or swelling of the face/throat
- Severe abdominal pain or vomiting/coughing blood
- Pregnancy emergencies (heavy bleeding, severe pain, seizures)
- Poisoning or overdose
