Can’t make it to us? No problem! Our experienced Clinical Nurse can come to you, providing professional wound assessments, dressing changes, wound management plans, and ongoing monitoring in the comfort of your own home.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a chronic wound, pressure injury, skin tear, diabetic ulcer, or another complex wound, we’re here to help support your healing journey.

Jayden is passionate about helping participants navigate the NDIS with confidence, compassion, and understanding. From connecting participants with the right supports to advocating for their goals and ensuring services run smoothly, Jayden is dedicated to empowering people to live their best lives.

At The Laurels, we believe Support Coordination is more than just paperwork and plans - it’s about building genuine relationships, creating opportunities, and walking alongside our participants every step of the way. 💙

Today we pause to remember.

On ANZAC Day, we honour the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

We remember those who gave their lives, those who returned forever changed, and the families who stood behind them through it all. Their bravery built the foundations of the freedoms we live with every day.

In the quiet moments today, whether at a dawn service, a minute of silence, or simply in your own thoughts, we reflect, we respect, and we give thanks.

Today was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do what we do 🤍

Our beautiful participant, Sonya, drove away today on her brand new electric scooter and it wasn’t just about getting from A to B. It was about freedom. It was about confidence. It was about reclaiming independence and having the ability to move through the world on her own terms.

Independence is more than mobility, it’s dignity, choice, and the power to live life the way you want to. And today, Sonya took that power in her hands and quite literally drove it forward.

We are so incredibly proud of you, Sonya. Watching this moment unfold was something truly special ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Catalyst Plan Management and Friendly Society Dispensary for your support in making this possible. It takes a team to create moments like this, and today is a perfect example of what can be achieved when everyone works together with the participant at the centre.

Here’s to more milestones, more independence, and more moments just like this.
