NINE WEEKS AND THREE DAYS
Thatās how long itās been since I started using frequency technology consistently, and when I began, I said Iād share my journey as I went along.
Within the first week, the biggest thing I noticed was my knee pain had dramatically settled. Then, a little while later, I suddenly realised something else ⦠I wasnāt reaching for ibuprofen anymore.
For a long time, pain relief had been something I relied on, especially at night just so I could sleep. In roughly the last 6 weeks, Iāve taken just one ibuprofen, and that was before setting off on a road trip. At the time, I knew Iād taken it more out of fear than necessity because of what the trip might do to my body.
I live with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, and over the years thatās meant medications, pain, stiffness and limitations that had simply become part of everyday life.
Following discussions with my treating healthcare professionals, changes have also been made to some of my regular medication. I have not made changes to prescribed medication independently.
At the beginning, I had blood tests and a bone-density scan - I already had X-rays of my hands, feet and knees. Iāll continue having the appropriate medical monitoring and following the advice of my healthcare professionals.
And then there are the everyday things that might sound small, but when you havenāt been able to do them, theyāre huge:
āļøMy sleep has improved.
āļøMy mood has improved.
āļøMy dry eyes have settled.
āļøThe mouth ulcers no longer bother me.
āļøI can manage stairs again.
And overall, I simply feel better than I have in a very long time.
I want to be very clear: this is simply a personal diary update about changes I have noticed in how I feel. It is not medical advice, and I am not suggesting that frequency technology treats or cures rheumatoid arthritis, lupus or any other medical condition. Everyoneās circumstances and experiences are different, and nobody should change medication or medical treatment without first consulting their qualified healthcare professional.
But nine weeks and three days in?
I feel great. I feel more like me again.
And as I promised at the beginning, Iāll keep sharing my journey as it unfolds. ā¤ļø
