Feeling Good All Over! It’s easy to forget the person you used to be...

All my treatments involve powerful yet non-invasive and gentle hands on techniques that focus not just on the symptoms, but on the person as a whole. They may reduce the need for orthotics, surgery, medication and pain relief. Treat

ments are based on the individual's ability to heal and accordingly, the results will vary. The body strives to heal itself to the best of its ability, and the treatments I offer may help the process. It is my aim to treat the individual, not just the ailment, and to assist the body in healing itself. As a health practitioner I endeavor to nurture well-being and support active life. Samassati Light Therapy

When energy flows through our bodies freely we are healthy and feel well. However, our emotions can deeply affect our energetic and physical wellbeing. For example, when we are emotionally hurt our bodily systems contract and close down, impairing processes such as digestion and the assimilation of experiences. If we sustain the negative feelings, these can obstruct the flow of bodily energy, which in turn can cause toxic build-up in the cells of our organs and muscles, resulting in physical dysfunction: dis-ease and finally disease. Treatments involve coloured light applied on or off the body, through the eyes and via acupuncture points, stimulating energy flow. Treatment times vary for this non-invasive therapy, and it is recommended to wear light-coloured, loose-fitting clothing.
$65 per hour. Helps with: • clearing toxins • pain relief • wound healing • vision impairment • chakra balancing • emotional balance • increasing energy levels • muscle & joint problems • supporting the immune system • balancing and coordination of major control systems in the body ... and much more. Foot Joint Mobilisation

By working on the bones of our feet we are working on the structure of our whole body. Foot Joint Mobilisation (FJM) uses a series of mobilisations to gently realign the bones of the feet, combined with a short series of exercises to be carried out daily at home. The upright body depends completely on the feet. If these are not strong and well-aligned, stresses and weakness are felt elsewhere in the body over time, negatively affecting our mobility. For example, misalignment's of the foot can cause the knee to rotate inwards, affecting the hip, which in turn affects the back, groin and stomach muscles and ultimately even the neck and shoulders. Two treatments per week are required over a 6/8 week period, and simple daily exercises to be carried out at home. Your investment is $45 per appointment. First Appointment $60

Helps with: • knee and hip pain • sciatica • swollen ankles • aching feet • shin splints • arthritis • back, neck and shoulder pain • most foot-related problems, including flat feet, bunions, recurrent corns, calluses, claw toes, hammer toes, and heel spurs. Hand Mobilisation

As relaxing and therapeutic as foot joint mobilisation, this therapy encourages freer movement and function of the hands and can assist with: • aching/swollen joints • disfigured joints • repetitive strain injury • nerve dysfunction • weakness/burning in hands • arthritis/rheumatoid arthritis.

$45 per appointment $60 for first appointment. Ear Candling

People are often amazed at the dramatic increase in auditory sensitivity after ear candling. Ear candling is used as a way to naturally clean the inside of the ear through the removal of old debris. It is a non-intrusive procedure that helps alleviate vertigo, ringing, heavy impacted plugs of wax and the effects of sinus problems.

Quantum Touch Healing

Quantum Touch works with the body’s natural life force energy to develop optimal wellness. Combining breath work and hands-on healing, and through focus, amplification, intention and energy direction, Quantum Touch can relieve pain and bring a wide range of other benefits. Foot Massage
Our feet are so neglected! why not pamper them with a gentle combination of foot massage and reflexology. Extremely relaxing and highly recommended.45min appointment $60 per session. Or combine a hand and foot massage 20min each for the same price. Reiki
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It has been effective in helping many illnesses and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Sessions take approximately 1hr

Geometric Harmonics: Mapping Sound Through Sacred Proportion

An Exploration of Geometry, Acoustics, Mathematics, and Natural Systems

✅ The Convergence of Geometry, Sound, and Scientific Inquiry

Throughout human history, geometry and music have shared a remarkable intellectual relationship. Ancient civilizations recognized that numerical relationships governing musical intervals also appeared in architecture, astronomy, and natural forms. While traditions often described these correspondences as "sacred geometry," modern science approaches them through mathematics, acoustics, wave physics, neuroscience, and systems theory. Rather than treating sacred proportion as mystical proof of hidden universal forces, contemporary research investigates how proportional relationships naturally emerge from physical laws and biological perception. The concept of geometric harmonics explores how spatial forms and mathematical ratios influence the behavior of waves, particularly sound waves. Every audible tone is a vibration propagating through a medium according to measurable physical principles. Likewise, every geometric form can be described through mathematical relationships that influence resonance, structural stability, and wave interaction. This article examines the intersection of geometry and acoustics from a scientific perspective, evaluating where ancient observations coincide with measurable phenomena and where symbolic interpretations extend beyond current empirical evidence.

✅ The Mathematical Foundations of Harmonic Sound

Sound is fundamentally the propagation of pressure waves through a medium such as air, water, or solid material. These oscillations are characterized by measurable properties including frequency, wavelength, amplitude, phase, and velocity. When an object vibrates, it produces a primary frequency along with numerous higher frequencies known as harmonics or overtones. These harmonic relationships create the timbre that distinguishes one instrument from another despite identical musical notes. Mathematically, harmonic series arise naturally because vibrating systems obey boundary conditions described by wave equations. A stretched string fixed at both ends supports standing waves whose frequencies occur at whole-number multiples of the fundamental frequency. This simple relationship illustrates one of the earliest discoveries connecting mathematics and music. The predictable ratios between frequencies, such as 2:1 for the octave or 3:2 for the perfect fifth are not arbitrary cultural inventions but direct consequences of physical laws governing resonance.

✅ Sacred Proportion Through the Lens of Mathematics

The phrase "sacred proportion" traditionally refers to numerical relationships repeatedly observed in architecture, biological growth, and artistic composition. Among the most discussed is the golden ratio (approximately 1.618), along with simpler integer ratios that define musical consonance. While these proportions have acquired symbolic significance across cultures, mathematics explains them as solutions to specific optimization problems, recursive growth processes, and geometric constructions. Scientific investigation distinguishes between genuine mathematical recurrence and exaggerated claims. The golden ratio appears naturally in certain logarithmic spirals, phyllotaxis patterns, and optimization models, but not every aesthetically pleasing object follows this proportion precisely. Likewise, musical consonance results from frequency ratios that minimize interference between waveforms rather than from mystical properties. Sacred proportions therefore represent mathematically elegant relationships whose perceptual appeal may stem from how biological sensory systems process ordered information.

✅ Resonance: Where Geometry Shapes Sound

Resonance occurs when an object vibrates efficiently at particular frequencies determined by its physical dimensions, material properties, and geometry. Every cavity, membrane, beam, or enclosed space possesses resonant frequencies known as normal modes. Architectural acoustics relies extensively upon these principles, as concert halls are carefully designed to distribute sound energy evenly while minimizing destructive echoes and standing waves. Geometric form directly influences these resonances. Circular domes, cylindrical chambers, rectangular rooms, and spherical enclosures each support distinct modal distributions. Computational acoustics demonstrates that subtle geometric modifications significantly alter how sound propagates through space. Rather than geometry producing mystical energy, it acts as a boundary condition governing wave behavior according to classical mechanics and partial differential equations.

✅ Cymatics: Visualizing Acoustic Geometry

Cymatics is the study of visible patterns formed when vibrating surfaces interact with particles or fluids. Fine sand placed upon a vibrating metal plate migrates toward regions of minimal motion, producing intricate geometric figures known as Chladni patterns. These patterns emerge because standing waves divide surfaces into nodes and antinodes, organizing matter through mechanical vibration. Modern cymatics extends beyond educational demonstrations into fluid dynamics, materials science, and engineering. High-speed imaging reveals that vibration can organize liquids into highly ordered structures whose geometry reflects the underlying wave field. Although cymatic images are frequently associated with sacred geometry, their formation is fully explained by wave interference, resonance, and nonlinear dynamics. The resulting patterns are beautiful examples of self-organization arising from physical laws rather than evidence of hidden metaphysical forces.
