I am not sure if anyone else is feeling the energy is a little bit off at the moment?!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Allot of people are becoming frazzled by it, tempers are short, tantrums are being thrown.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However we also have a choice we can contribute to a situation and accentuate the unrest or we can step back and observe and respond calmly. Check in with yourselves throughout the day how am I feeling and process your emotions.

This is a mantra I say to myself most morning's and at the end I place a big protective bubble around myself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Science has proven that being kind to others lifts your mood which raises your frequency.
#⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kindness doesn't have to be expensive it can be a smile to a stranger or a kind word.
#
Studies have shown that when we give to others or perform random acts of kindness it activates a region of the brain associated with pleasure, social connection and trust creating a "warm glow" effect.
#
Scientist also believe that the altruistic behaviour release endorphins in the brain producing the positive feeling known as the the helpers high.
#
For the next week try and do 3 random acts of kindness each day.
-picking flowers from the garden for a friend
- a positive sticky note for a colleague
- making an extra meal and passing it on to A friend or family member
- or giving someone a compliment or simply a big smile.

It could be taken away in an instance.

Do you want to live your life worrying about yesterday or tommorrow or do you want to live your best life? Catch those negative thoughts and turn them into positives.

Why not live the best life you possibly can NOW?

Take that chance, go on that date, book that holiday and most importantly surround yourself by people who lift you up.. :)

I found this yesterday in my travels and it resonated with me on so many levels.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I agree on allot of levels with Caroline that healing from anxiety is a mind-body-soul experience.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I incorpate most of these on a daily basis including grounding.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀
And that there is no ONE THING which cures anxiety..
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Carolines states in her post that anxiety is a complex, interconnected thing. It has underpinnings in our chemistry, genes and biology (body); our thoughts and beliefs (mind); AND our deepest emotional core (soul). ⠀
⠀
How we heal and change our relationship to our anxiety has to be approached from all of these different angles.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I incorporate at least one of these tools if not more from each circle every day and they have become part of my daily routine, caring for my mind body and soul.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For me personally, I feel that my anxiety is 90% cured on the day to day. However I may have an occasional flare up if something BIG comes my way.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The way I have cured my anxiety is through meditation and reprogramming my brain through neuroscience.

Today I have pulled out my well read copy of "breaking the habit of being yourself" by Dr Joe Dispenza. ♡♡
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was flicking through pages and my eyes rested on the sentence "help is only a thought away".
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This simple sentence reminds me, that we are the masters of our own mind and our destiny.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead of letting murky emotions hook us in we need to catch these thoughts and "unmemorise" an emotion that has become part of our personality.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Emotions such as anger, jealousy, resentment, sadness become habituated in our body creating dis-ease.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The good news is we can become consciously aware of these programs.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The first step is metacongtion and becoming self aware. It is no longer allowing any thought, action or emotion you dont want to experience pass by your awarness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Which stops you firing and wiring old neural networks related to the old personality.. As a result you are no longer creating your same mind on a daily basis you prune away hardware related to the old self.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So this week as I recalibrate my mind and body and soothe the mind and back to sleeping well. I am in metacongtion phase and catching my thoughts and bringing myself back to the present.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Something that helps me if thoughts are a little unkind, is to ask is this thought right now loving to self?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I love this work and I am so grateful to have the tools to get myself back on track. So thankful for this reminder this morning, that help is only a thought away. Change your thoughts change your life.

This week a few things rose up and took me compleltey by suprise. It felt like the rug been ripped out from underneath me.

I was left standing in a cyclone of emotions.

The old anxiety kicked, followed swiftly by bouts of insomnia.

The anxiety became heightened combinded with lack of sleep, which in turn made the insomnia worse and it became a vicious cycle.

All fuelled by a mind which is completely sleep deprived.

During the night the anxiety kicked and raged wanting to kick me out of bed, playing different scenarios and keeping me awake.

I kept catching my thoughts over and over again and having to say is this thought loving to self?

Today I was able to sit with my discomfort and my inner child and hold space for myself by holding my heart and stomach and saying the affirmations on the left.

I'm grateful to be doing the inner work and that I have the tools to get back on track.

I know this will pass, I know my sleep will get back on track as it always does and I know that this situation will work out for the highest good for all concerned.

It's funny how you see things just when you need to!! This week has been a bit messy, something big came up which had the anxiety flaring, which had me slipping back into a very old pattern which created more anxiety.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I found myself yesterday beating myself up and then I saw this post about re-victimising yourself by .holistic.psycholgist.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love her work on setting and holding healthy boundaries.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My biggest takeaway from her post was:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will fall into old patterns and it means NOTHING. Nothing about who you are, your worthiness, or anything else beside you are human.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And amazingly with that post it made me stop in my tracks stop beating myself up, stop blaming another in their part. At the end of the day we are all human and all we can do is learn our lessons and try again..

**THE BIG LEAP***
Earlier this year I was asked by a friend of mine if I wanted to go skydiving with her.

I literally JUMPED at the chance. It was something I had wanted to do for over 18 years but for various reasons I had not done it. I was so pumped I even flew up to Sydney to do the jump with her over beautiful Wollongong. (Most spectacular place in the world to jump!)

However going up in that tiny little plane right up the front with the door open, I felt my fear and anxiety build and build and build... It was like ALL the anxiety I had been healing and working through over the past year came roaring to a HEAD and I went into the full "FLIGHT" mode. I was petrified yet there was nowhere to run only jump...

I had spent the past few years, digging deep and rewiring my brain to get out of chronic stress response and changing my genetic expression, so I had the tools I just had to tap into them.

So I calmed my body and brain by doing some controlled rhythmic box breathing which calmed down my parasympathetic nervous system and got me out of "flight" mode and back into my body.

Once I was calm-ish I realised that the JUMP was the perfect opportunity to step over my limiting self beliefs and LEAVE everything which I had been working through on the plane. On this day I chose to leave guilt, shame and anxiety behind. I stepped out of my old self and JUMPED into my new life.

For me this JUMP signified crossing the RIVER of change. I had all the emotions and crap flying up and smacking me around. However as SOON as I trusted the process and was able to stop holding onto my old self and patterns I was able to make the jump and cross the river. Leaving my "old self"
and old patterns and beliefs on that tiny little plane.

Trust the process, trust the universe you have to let go of the emotions to get to the other side. Enjoy the ride, release let go and enjoy!!

Who else feels the POWER awakening wi th you? This could be me, except I have blonde hair..

The last month there has been some huge energy shifts and old stuff moving. If you have felt old stuff come up, please know your not alone in this.
#
I have been so reassured to see other light workers commenting and been real as to where they are at and it has been so reassuring to know I was not alone..
#⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You may have suddenly felt triggered by something from the last or like you had slid backward and you might have gone my goodness what is happening I was doing so well.
#
First of all know you are not alone, this stuff has come up again to heal and release let it go, release do not let it hook you in. Purge release and let it go.

This needs to come out at tbe 3d so we can uplevel to the next to the 5d and beyhond. Lets not limit ourselves..

Release it, let it go, lean it to it and let it be there and then release. Know this old energy is by through you to make way for the new light the new matrix..
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I feel the old disapaiting and the NEW light and the new energy coming in and boy does it feel amazing!!!

Purge by grounding, out in nature, yelling at the sea, let it go.. and then once it's released focus back on the present and really be grateful for everything you have and all the beauty that surrounds us.
