Community lunch, a place where people connect and learn

Love cooking our quarterly community lunch with Lynbrook Community Centre and an opportunity for these folks who have a place to socialise, learn about cooking and having a good meal

The theme Thai & Vietnamese dishes drew the crowd, however the bonus they were very surprise how vegetarian plant-based dishes were attractive, colourful, delicious and nutritious .

The feedbacks that we received were we had made the process of cooking dishes so simple and easy ,

Also Tofu could be so tasty despite it being tasteless at the start,

It was another successful day people like young mum out with her baby and new migrants wanting to connect with other people or people simply want to learn more about other cultures and food.

This is what makes our cooking contribution to the community so meaningful and purposeful, good food bring people together .

Our next community lunch will be in term 4, and our Saturday monthly session is on 15 August.
