Certified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist helping people live better lives with depression, anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, trauma and PTSD. For years, I searched for quick fixes through doctors and tried conventional approaches like CBT, which unfortunately didn’t work for me. It wasn’t until I discovered hypnotherapy and worked with a practitioner who offered more than just a one-off, high-cost session that I began to see real, lasting change. This experience inspired me to study clinical hypnotherapy so I can guide others on their own path to healing, just as I was guided on mine. I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Certificate 4 in Mental Health and a Psychosocial Recovery Coach Certificate but most importantly, lived experienced. Hypnotherapy is a safe and beneficial form of therapy with no harmful side effects and life long results, empowering you to take control of your life using a person centred approach and you only need to share what you feel comfortable with—true change happens at the subconscious level, where the real work is done. Clinical Hypnotherapy has a huge range of applications some of which include:
Alleviation of physical or emotional trauma
Release of anger, fear and frustration
Elimination of fears and phobias
Habit control such as quitting smoking, nail biting
Performance anxiety such as exams, driving tests
Increased self acceptance and self respect
Improvement in confidence and motivation
Heightened concentration and creativity
Improved positive thinking and problem solving
Enhanced sports performance
Stress management and insomnia
