Bucket-list wish or connect with nature and our world. Ignition Retreats are for corporate changemakers. Why I Brought M&M Event Producers Back to Life

After years of pausing my event work, I didn’t expect to come back to it. Life had other plans. It started with a conversation — a heartfelt moment shared with a woman in her 70s. Her dream was simple: to go gem fossicking, something she’d never had the chance to do. That was enough to remind me why I loved doing this. Why M&M existed in the first place. I brought M&M back with that story in mind. A space for those who’ve spent a lifetime giving to finally receive. Our first retreat was built around her wish, and in doing so, it reignited my own. That single moment has grown into something more — another retreat, more dreams, and a quiet momentum that feels right. I'm still building, still finding my way. But this time, it’s with more clarity and more heart. M&M is no longer just an event brand. It’s a way for me to give back, create space, and share joy — one retreat at a time.
