For me, it’s both. Simply roll this blend on the soles of your feet morning & night. I also apply directly on any chilblains I have at the time also. I’ve gone from a dozen or more from March through to November, constantly every year to just a couple during winter itself, and the pain is much less! Although I’ll never have warm feet & hands any time of year, they are now “warmer” than they once were!
