We’re growing our team at Coastal Kids Therapy and looking for OTs and Physios to join us in 2027.

And it’s a pretty exciting time to join CKT


In October, we’re moving into our brand new purpose built paediatric clinic on the Central Coast!

What you can expect at CKT:

Flexible schedules including full time and part time options

Protected admin time built into your day

Manageable caseloads

Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 mentoring depending on your experience

Regular OT, Physio and multidisciplinary training built into your schedule

Professional development budget

Clear career pathways

Gradual caseload building and comprehensive training for new graduates

A multidisciplinary team of 21 people to learn from and work alongside

A purpose built clinic with sensory, rehabilitation, outdoor therapy, group and functional spaces

And a team that genuinely enjoys having some fun together!

We’re open to new graduates, experienced clinicians and therapists wanting to make the move into paediatrics.

But qualifications are only part of what we’re looking for.

We’d love to meet people who are kind, adaptable, solution focused and team minded. People who communicate well, take ownership, bring ideas, support the people around them and want to contribute to a great workplace.

We offer our team a lot of flexibility and support, and we’re looking for people who value that and want to give the same energy back to their team.

There are so many things you can encourage your little one to do at the park to help develop their gross motor and development. Miss P wants to show some things she does at the park to help grow her muscles, improve her balance and work on other area’s of her development. If your little one is struggling at the park
please let your physio or OT know so we can help to ensure they can participate and continue to have lots of fun!! 🛝
