SHOWING UP FOR EDUCATION CAN LOOK LIKE…. 💡 Asking one new question during each session.

💡 Learning which muscles you’re working and how to recruit them correctly.

💡 Understanding when to progress, when to modify and when your body needs recovery.

At Synergy RX, we don’t simply tell you what to do. Our coaches explain the purpose behind your training and help you build confidence in your technique.

Throughout SHOW UP, you’ll also learn through practical nutrition education with Abbey & Emily, Dan’s wellness workshops and Natasha’s life-coaching session.

You shouldn’t have to follow instructions without understanding why.

Why does this matter? Because knowledge helps you train safely, make confident decisions and continue looking after yourself long after the series ends.

✅ Booking your classes every Sunday so the week is planned in advance.

✅ Letting your coach know early when work, family commitments or low motivation are getting in the way.

✅ Returning to your next planned session instead of waiting for another Monday to begin again.

At Synergy RX, accountability means being seen and supported. Our coaches will notice when you’re losing momentum, check in and help you choose the next realistic step.

Accountability is not about being caught out or made to feel guilty.

Why does this matter? Because one difficult day doesn’t need to become a difficult week. Learning how to reset is what helps turn short-term effort into habits for life.

🏋️ Booking your sessions before the week becomes busy.

🏋️ Choosing morning training so work and family commitments don’t take over.

🏋️ Adjusting your session or using recovery when your body needs something different.

At Synergy RX, we see the individual in front of us. Our coaches will help you train with correct form, make appropriate modifications and progress safely through the eight weeks. You’ll be supported to build strength through consistency and progressive overload - not by trying to keep up with somebody else.

Training is not punishment. It’s preparation for life.

Why does this matter? Because strength helps you remain capable, confident and able to keep doing the things you love.
