✨New Morning Class Wed at Rowlinson Park, Yeronga ✨
We’re excited to introduce Chi Kung (Qi Gong) with Peter, starting Wednesday 10 June at 6.30am — a grounding 45‑minute movement practice to ease you into the day.
Chi Kung is all about gentle, flowing exercises that help release tension, improve balance, and support steady, calm energy. It’s accessible, low‑impact, and perfect for anyone wanting to feel more centred before the day gets busy.
Peter brings a calm, supportive teaching style that makes beginners feel welcome. The class is held outdoors in the beautiful surrounds of Rowlinson Park, Yeronga, making it a refreshing mid‑week reset.
