✨New Morning Class Wed at Rowlinson Park, Yeronga ✨
We’re excited to introduce Chi Kung (Qi Gong) with Peter, starting Wednesday 10 June at 6.30am — a grounding 45‑minute movement practice to ease you into the day.

Chi Kung is all about gentle, flowing exercises that help release tension, improve balance, and support steady, calm energy. It’s accessible, low‑impact, and perfect for anyone wanting to feel more centred before the day gets busy.

Peter brings a calm, supportive teaching style that makes beginners feel welcome. The class is held outdoors in the beautiful surrounds of Rowlinson Park, Yeronga, making it a refreshing mid‑week reset.

If you’ve been looking for a way to start your mornings with more clarity, grounding, and ease, this is a lovely place to begin.
Come along, breathe, move, and enjoy the space.

STRONG FOUNDATIONS 💪
Would you like to feel stronger, move more confidently and improve your balance?
Strong Foundations is a technique-focused strength class designed for adults 55+ who want to build strength safely and effectively.
This is not a fast-paced workout. We focus on learning how to move well, using good technique and building strength gradually. Every exercise is designed to support everyday activities and help you maintain your independence, mobility and confidence as you age. All equipment is supplied.

We’re proud to support Sing Sing Sing, Queensland’s first dementia choir — a wonderful community where people living with dementia and their care partners come together to sing, connect and share joy.
Every week, the choir meets in Bulimba and Redlands to sing songs from the 1920s through to today. No singing experience is needed — just a love of music and community.

💪Why Strength Training Matters to Us — and Why We Are Teaching This Workshop

We see it every day. People come to us thinking they need to “get fit” or “lose weight,” but what they really gain is confidence, resilience, and a sense of control over their own body. Strength training teaches you how to move better, feel stronger, and handle the demands of everyday life with more ease.

It’s also one of the most effective ways to support long-term health — improving bone density, joint stability, metabolism, and overall quality of life. This isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about longevity.

So why are we running this workshop?
Because too many people feel unsure, intimidated, or overwhelmed when it comes to strength training. We want to change that.

This workshop is about:
• Learning proper technique in a supportive environment
• Understanding how to train safely and effectively
• Building confidence with strength-based movements
• Giving you tools you can actually use long-term

NEW WORKSHOP — Strength Training for Healthy Ageing 💪🌿
If you’ve been wanting to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in your body, this workshop is for you.
We’ll cover simple, joint‑friendly strength exercises that support healthy ageing — especially for over‑50s, beginners, and anyone who wants to move with more ease.
You’ll learn how to build strength safely, protect your joints, and feel more capable in everyday life.
A home exercise plan and resistance band will be provided.
