I had a full clinic booked in Young today.

Until, several days ago, every woman cancelled.

Sick kids. Lack of support. Changes to finances. Shifting priorities.

They all told me they ‘felt bad’.

I get it. They don’t want to let me down. I appreciate them considering me.

But I also know they’re all Mums to young kids. And I bet they feel guilty about things all the time. Cancelling a care session is not deserving of guilt. And it certainly shouldn’t involve a cancellation fee.

Look at how I got to spend my day! Perfect ☀️

All I ask is, if you need to cancel, be like these women and give me notice - the more, the better, so I can offer care to another woman.

And I’ll always be here for you when you’re ready for me to care for you.

Understanding the experiences that your body-mind holds onto is an important step in pelvic and intimate well-being.

You are wired to remember and recall negative experiences.

If you want to re-wire your brain towards positive experiences, it takes effort.

Your body, mind and nervous system are all essential components of care sessions, because they can’t be separated out from each other in real life experiences.

I’m honoured to be offering extended caesarean section and abdominal scar release work across all my locations.

The new sessions expand on previous offerings to deepen your release, with techniques that target not just the scar but your breath, chest, back, abdomen and pelvis.

Now integrating bodywork, myofascial, cupping and guasha techniques to release scar restrictions contributing to pain, discomfort, shelfing, numbness, hypersensitivity and disconnection.

Together we’ll explore the holding patterns in your body, mind and nervous system to invite a holistic return to balance and an improvement in the sensation and function of your scar and whole being.

For scars from:
✨ Caesarean-section birth
✨ Hysterectomy
✨ Endometriosis, adenomyosis and ovarian surgeries
✨ Laparoscopies
✨ Pelvic or lower abdominal surgeries (appendectomy, resection, removal of organs, tube/drain sites, cosmetic or oncological surgeries)
✨ Pelvic or lower abdominal trauma

I’m sorry.

They’re wrong. And their lack of care makes me incredibly angry.
