🙏🌙💖 Today was pulmonology follow-up and Lunah's amazing pulmonologist was very happy with her again🥰🙏🌙
Lunah was WILD today😬🤦‍♀️ ⚡️She didn't even allow us to put the pulse oxymetry on; normally she fights it a bit at the beginning (because we have to hold her hand still to put it on😑), but after she would settle. Today she didn't want anything to do with it🙄🙅‍♀️
But she did interact with Dr. McGinley, held his hands and allow him to examine her❣️☺️.....Lunah really knows her team🤩💗
But thank God all is good🙏🙌🙏; he is happy with how Lunah looks, sounds, interacts, ALL the energy she has and her growth🙌❤️‍🔥🌙
And after, because of her little wild mischief, Lunah was happy to allow mom to take her picture😍😊📸💝

🌙🥰🙏💪💖💉 Last year Lunah's ortho specialist was of opinion that she could benefit from botox injections in her left foot/leg, to reduce some stiffness that she has.
Lunah has been referred to the best, and on the 21st of April, we got to meet Dr. Gooch❣️
She was thorough, answered all of our questions and after extensively examining Lunah, including seeing her walk, she agreed that Lunah could definitely benefit from this treatment. She was gladly surprised as well, of how strong Lunah is❣️💪🥰
Much to our surprise, she said let's do it right away😲; it will benefit her, relieve the tension, so why wait⁉️ And that is exactly what we love about her whole team of professionals❣️🙌‼️⚡️
Lunah's 'stiffness' is not in her ankles, but the outer side of her lower left leg.
So in few minutes Dr. Gooch gathered her awesome team and 'supplies', and in 3 minutes or so, Lunah was done🙌
She was a bit tense at first when they started, (happens whenever she is being held still), but right after she was 👌 and ready to roll💃😃, and so we did❣️
(Sadly, mom did not qualify to have some in her face😁)
We took Lunah after to a huge tulip garden, where we knew we all would enjoy the rest of the afternoon🤩😍

This girl really, is so strong💪, we are so so proud💖🌙🥰🙌✨️

❤️💝❤️A Happy belated Mother's Day💝❤️💝

Hope all you magnificent moms had a wonderful & lovely day yesterday🙏💖💐✨️
May God continue to bless us with all we need, to be the best we can be for our "babies", to unconditionally love, support & care for them, with all that they need🙏🙌💝
I am an incredibly blessed mom & granny🥹🥰🙌❤️‍🔥
Yesterday I got a much needed and desired gift: to do NOTHING at all❣️🫠🥰😃🎁 Dad & Lunah brought breakfast in bed, and there I stayed😁🫠😍
And later during the day, dad & kids surprised me with my plan for today: a bonsai lesson🪴 and a yoga session after🧘🏻‍♀️🕉
Super excited and looking forward😃🥰🤩

🇳🇱🧡🤴🇳🇱Dutch King's Day🇳🇱🤴🧡🇳🇱
Saturday the Dutch Social Club of SLC, celebrated King Willem-Alexander's birthday🥳 (which is today), so we took Lunah to celebrate part of her roots, and dad was craving "patat met pindasaus" and mom "kroketten"😄❣️🧡
Lunah enjoyed the festivities, being the social butterfly that she is☺️🤩.....until the last moment when she got a bit annoyed with us, 'cause she was not allowed to go into the splash water🤭
Who knows, maybe someday if The Netherlands change their stance on & approach towards T18 kids (as a whole), she might be able to visit in person🙌

😃😍🌙🌸🥰Sun on my face, spring bloom, spring breeze...Lunah is super happy 'cause she went short again💇🏻‍♀️😁😍🥰🌸🌙
We gave up on long hair for her😬 It is not something she likes, so no need for that🙃
Kasey did an amazing job again and Lunah was happy to see her too❣️

🙏💝🌙🥰🙏The face you make when your awesome cardiologist tells you: "you're amazing❣️"🙏🥰🌙💝🙏
Lunah had her periodic routine follow-up today, and thank Heavens all looks good🙏🙌🙏
Heart is stable, good EKG, she sounds great, gained some weight & some cm's and stable saturations💪❤️‍🔥🌙
They are super happy & proud of Lunah, and of course so are we🥰🙌🌙

🌙🥰🤭When you're bored and dose off in your chair, but are not allowed to take naps🤭🥰🌙
Lunah is not "allowed" to take naps, unless she has not slept well (at least 9 hours) or is sick❣️Otherwise, we are not able to keep up with her, we have trouble keeping up with her as is....if she naps for even 1 hour, Lunah recharges for at least an extra 4-6 hours😬
