Momium was founded by a mom Parvin Begum and her son Minhaz Remo, who is a martial arts and fitness coach. His need for healthy alternatives made her look for healthy food options. With his guidance, and her research she made these healthy food options. When ever Remo used to have his snacks, his colleagues and clients used to ask what he was having. From these interactions and some supports from others Momium came into existence. Our Aim is to provide healthy food options to people who are health and fitness conscious. Our options are great for everyone, especially vegans and vegetarians!
