Comparing Your Life Away? The 3-Day Self-Worth Reboot.
You weren’t meant to live in a loop of stalking exes’ new partners, measuring your worth in likes, and spiraling at 2 AM because someone’s vacation looks better than your entire year. If your confidence is collateral damage and your inner critic won’t shut up, it’s time for a hard reset — not just a “love yourself” quote that fades by Monday.
Enter Sumaia Azmi — a Performance Coach and Counseling Psychologist with 9+ years of turning “not enough” into “more than enough.” She doesn’t do vague advice. Over 3 Saturdays (August 1, 8, 15) in Gulshan, she’s running an exclusive, no-fluff deep-dive where you’ll unpack exactly why you outsource your self-worth to a screen and arm yourself with real, usable weapons to break the pattern. We’re talking:
Coping thoughts that actually silence the comparison spiral in seconds
Identity rewiring and action plans that fit your life
Live role-play, direct supervision, and no hiding in the crowd.
Only 6 spots. That’s not a marketing trick — it’s how real change happens. No back rows, no ghosting. You’ll be seen, challenged, and guided individually through 5 transformative hours (7,000 Taka total).
Let this June be the moment you decide. By August, you’ll walk out with a self-worth that doesn’t flinch at someone else’s highlight reel.
This is your intervention. Go big, or keep comparing your life away.
Enroll now — DM or follow for the drop of details. 6 seats, zero excuses.

A whisper from an old inbox still lingers—a reminder not of what we’ve done, but of who we choose to be.
We are not titles wrapped in white coats; we are presence dressed in purpose.
Our identity isn’t built on selling therapy—it’s stitched from the quiet promise that you don’t need fixing, only finding.
We dedicate ourselves to what truly works, not what simply sounds clinical, so you can finally exhale and realize:
you were always going to be enough.

Dyslexia isn’t a lack of intelligence — it’s a different wiring of the brain, and science shows us exactly how.
Neuroimaging studies have revealed a dedicated “reading network” in the human brain. Three major circuits work together, primarily in the left hemisphere’s language centers. But in functional MRI (fMRI) scans of children and adults with dyslexia, researchers consistently find reduced activity — an “under-activation” — in this very network.
Because dyslexia has a strong genetic basis and often runs in families, it’s not something one simply outgrows. The good news? Multiple treatment options exist, and with the right approach, struggling readers can thrive. Schools can play a transformative role by partnering with school psychologists and adopting specialized, multi-sensory teaching methods tailored to how the dyslexic brain learns best. These students aren’t falling behind — they simply need a different approach, not a lesser one.
This is where Nirvana Wellness steps in. We believe that a better lifestyle — one that’s simple, enjoyable, and deeply worth it — starts with the right guidance. Our experts are available to visit your school, train your staff, and help design a friendlier, more inclusive environment where students with dyslexia feel understood and empowered. Don’t navigate this alone; let professional direction turn barriers into breakthroughs.

-Schools, take the encouraging step today — consult a specialist who can help your students shine with the strategies they truly deserve. Reach out to Nirvana Wellness and let’s build a reading-friendly culture together.

Today’s question: Why is it difficult for some people to forgive others and for some peoples it’s not? Can you please explain forgiveness and provide some tips? Will appreciate your answer. Want to keep it anonymous. 😊😊
Answer- What a lovely question. We all struggle time to time forgiving others and also forgiving ourselves! First I am trying to explain what forgiveness is (I am totally googling FORGIVENESS now 😁). I am pretty sure you don’t want a definition or lecture on forgiveness. So let’s just say forgiveness is what you perceive as it is. But see, why it’s easy for some to forgive and very difficult for others because it’s very personal and subjective ways of - “What you want to do about the bitter experiences”. So your action might include anger and vengeance or just forgiving! People instinctively always want to do something about something they don’t want! And Forgiving is an action too.
Forgiveness is also very “Intentional” and “Voluntary”. This “intention” part here is complicated! Because intentions here means loads of things…starting from your self-perception, need of validations from others… to how strong you emotionally is, and what and how your core values act on experiences you have hard time giving up and moving on to. For some people, they can take that voluntary decisions of taking actions (forgiving) no matter what it takes (It will take time, self-care, understanding, not taking everything too personally or taking a higher path, resolving conflicts) and they work on it personally, which means they don’t wait for the person to change, realize or asking for an apology!. Because you can’t control others action, you can only do yours. And some people struggle with taking that actions, because they didn’t quite process it yet voluntarily (they are dedicated to resist)! So they stay angry in thinking of that they are actually doing something about the unwanted situations! Like- being in “I am very angry with you!” attitude and behavior.
If you are asking for tips on how to forgive others easily? Then…Google has so many tips for that, but let me tell you in a very psychological point of view of mine- when you are not at all ready to forgive, its ok, take time. Cause forgiveness at first needs you to be healed and feel well enough (Psychologically and emotionally) to make that choice of action. After your healing, you can simply start with deciding that “I want to forgive” mindset which might require your parts of seeing the big picture and finding peace by letting it go and moving on, cause now you are able to see clearly that holding on to it, isn’t meaningful, productive or peaceful to you anymore! But taking the other action (forgiving) is more peaceful to you now.

This isn't a passive webinar. It's not a one-on-one session.
It's something rarer: a 3-day live intervention workshop so small you can't hide — and so personal that you will be able to set goals with clarity.
If your screen time is screaming and your attention is shredded, you already know a generic "digital detox" won't stick. You need to step into a room where real rewiring happens, guided by someone who has spent 10 years pulling people out of a dead zone.
Sumaia Azmi — Performance Coach & Counseling Psychologist — is running an exclusive, no-fluff deep-dive over 3 Saturdays (July 11, 18, 25) in Gulshan. This isn't a lecture. It's a hands-on lab where you'll unpack your own patterns, in a cohort capped at just 6 humans total.
Because real change doesn't happen in a crowd. Here, you'll be seen, challenged, and guided individually through live role-play, direct supervision, and strategies built for your actual life — not a fantasy version of it.
Across 5 transformative hours (7,000 Taka total), you'll walk out with:

>Coping thoughts that actually work in the moment you reach for the phone.
>A behaviour rewiring plan shaped around your triggers, not a template.
>Honest, eyes-on-you feedback.

This June, you decide. By July, you walk out with a mind that feels like yours again.
The choice is simple: give 3 Saturday sessions to yourself, or lose another year to the scroll.
DM to claim yours now.
One spot could be the difference between staying stuck and starting over.

You can’t pour from an empty cup—but sometimes, the cup is cracked, not just empty.
You’ve read the gentle parenting scripts. You’ve counted to ten. Yet the moment your child screams “I hate you!”, something primal in you snaps, and you become the parent you swore you’d never be.
Here’s an example: a mother came to us feeling like a failure because her 6-year-old’s bedtime battles triggered her own deep anxiety of being “not enough.” She tried sticker charts and bribes. Nothing worked. In a few sessions—where she was the focus, not the child—she realised her son wasn’t resisting sleep; he was absorbing her frantic energy. Once she healed her own inner chaos, his nights became peaceful. The child didn’t need fixing. The parent needed clarity.
That’s the real betterment of your child: turning the mirror towards yourself, with someone who knows how to hold it steady.
We can help you find balance and see the whole picture. Your journey to a simpler, more enjoyable life starts with professional guidance from different holistic aspects. We have Psychologists, Child therapist, Family & Couple Counselor, Performance Coach, NLP practitioner, Meditation & mindfulness Guru, Art therapist and Reiki Healer with us!!! Book a session that suits you the best.
