She completed her B.Sc., M.S., and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Dhaka. She was awarded the Deanโ€™s Award for academic excellence and received the prestigious Bangabandhu Science and Technology Fellowship for her outstanding Ph.D. research.
