🔹 Types of Atrophic Acne Scars :

1} Boxcar Scars 📦
Shape: Round or oval depressions with sharp, well-defined edges.
Depth: Superficial or deep.
Cause: Loss of collagen following acne inflammation.
Best treatments: Fractional laser, microneedling, TCA CROSS for selected scars, and subcision for deeper lesions.

2} Ice Pick Scars 🧊
Shape: Very narrow, deep, V-shaped pits that extend deeply into the skin.
Appearance: Small but markedly deep openings.
Best treatments: TCA CROSS is particularly useful; punch excision/elevation may be considered for selected deep scars.

3} Rolling Scars 🌊
Shape: Broad, shallow depressions with smooth, undulating edges.
Key feature: The skin looks uneven or wavy, especially when stretched or under oblique lighting.
Cause: Dermal tethering by fibrous bands.
Best treatment: Subcision is the key treatment, often combined with fractional laser, microneedling, or fillers.

🎯Thread Lifting 🎯নিয়ে এত প্রশ্ন কেন—Mono নাকি Cog, নাকি অন্য কোনো Thread? 🌸

🎯অনেকেরই প্রশ্ন থাকে—“আমি Mono Thread নেব, নাকি Cog Thread? কোনটা আমার জন্য ভালো?”

🎯আসলে এর নির্দিষ্ট উত্তর সবার জন্য এক নয়। Thread selection এবং thread-এর সংখ্যা নির্ধারণ করা উচিত একজন অভিজ্ঞ Aesthetic Doctor-এর proper facial assessment-এর পর। রোগীর বয়স, skin laxity, facial anatomy, volume loss, degree of sagging এবং desired outcome—সবকিছু বিবেচনা করেই কোন ধরনের thread এবং কতগুলো thread প্রয়োজন তা নির্ধারণ করা হয়।

👉 তাই “কোন thread সবচেয়ে ভালো?”—এর চেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হলো “কোন patient-এর জন্য কোন thread উপযুক্ত?”

👉🏻আর একটি বিষয় মনে রাখা জরুরি—Thread lifting কোনো magic treatment নয়। এটি একটি minimally invasive/non-surgical procedure, যা সাধারণত mild to moderate facial laxity-তে lifting এবং contour improvement দিতে পারে। কিন্তু যদি skin খুব বেশি ঝুলে যায় বা significant tissue excess থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে surgical facelift বেশি appropriate হতে পারে।

👉🏻আর অনেক সময় শুধু thread lift দিয়েই কাঙ্ক্ষিত outcome পাওয়া সম্ভব হয় না। Facial assessment অনুযায়ী Botox, dermal filler বা অন্য adjunctive treatment প্রয়োজন হতে পারে—বিশেষ করে volume loss, muscle activity বা facial contouring-এর বিষয় থাকলে।
