☕❌ A gentle reminder for my fellow Sylhetis…
No matter where in the world we live, our morning routine feels incomplete without a steaming cup of milk tea and biscuits. It’s practically in our DNA! ☕🍪
As much as we love this comforting tradition, we need to be more conscious of what it’s doing to our health:
Sugar & Refined Carb Overload: High-sugar milk tea paired with processed biscuits spikes blood sugar, leading to energy crashes and weight gain.
Reduces Tea's Benefits: Adding dairy milk prevents your body from absorbing the natural antioxidants found in tea leaves.
Digestive Issues: The combination of dairy, tea tannins, and sugar often leads to bloating, acidity, and sluggishness.
Breaking a classic Sylheti habit isn't easy, but swapping it for black tea, green tea, or lemon tea will do wonders for your energy, skin, and overall health. 🌿✨
Are you ready to make the switch, or is milk tea still non-negotiable for you? 👇

Day 42 of my Restart: A Heavy Heart 💔
🏃‍♂️ Steps: Rest day
💧 Water Intake: Taking it one sip at a time
🔥 Status: Paused for family and reflection
My Journey Today:
Today was a silent, heavy day. I didn't focus on steps or tracking because my uncle passed away, and my mind and heart just weren't in it.
Life happens, and grief takes priority over numbers. Taking today to mourn, process the loss, and support my family. Tomorrow is another day, but for now, I am taking a step back and giving myself grace.

🚨 MUST READ: Love Football, But Don't Lose Your Life For It! 🩵🤍

I am deeply concerned about Argentina Fans around me.

Argentina losing the FIFA World Cup 2026 final hurts. Many feel the heartbreak, the tears, and the disappointment. But before your emotions take over, please stop and read this carefully.

Did you know? During the 2022 World Cup alone, at least 23 people died in Bangladesh due to football madness.

Studies and news reports show why our young fans are losing their lives every tournament:

⚡ Dangerous Flag Stunts: Falling from high rooftops or touching live electric wires while tying giant flags.

💔 Heart Attacks & Extreme Stress: Emotional breakdowns and intense panic during high-stakes matches.

🥊 Violent Clashes: Physical fights between rival supporters over silly arguments.

This is NOT passion—this is a tragedy.

Messi and Argentina Win or lose, their legacy is secure. But no trophy, no match, and no team is more valuable than YOUR LIFE.

👉 If you are feeling overwhelmed today:
Take a deep breath. It’s just a game at the end of the day.

Your family needs you alive and healthy.

N.B. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR ARGENTINA FAN FRIENDS.

Day 40 of my Restart: A Day of Fasting and Progress 🕋✨
⚖️ Weight: 83.2 kg (Before Iftar—down 0.7 kg from my last check!)
🏃‍♂️ Steps: 13,166 / 12,000 steps (Smashed my target even while fasting! 🎯)
💧 Water Intake: 6 / 12 cups (Catching up on hydration post-Iftar)
🔥 Calories Burned: 723.9 kcal (Active for 162 minutes)
My Journey Today:
Today I observed a fast (roja). For Sehri, I kept it simple with milk and bread. After a long day, I broke my fast at Iftar with a healthy mix of chicken salad, chana, and fresh fruit juice.
Stepping on the scale right before Iftar was a massive motivator—seeing 83.2 kg showed me how much progress I've made since that heavy 85 kg spike. Walking over 13,000 steps while fasting wasn't easy, but keeping the discipline alive feels incredibly rewarding.
Now, my focus is on drinking enough water before the day ends to stay fully hydrated. Clean eating and steady steps are winning the battle!
