Method:
Add your ingredients and blend it until smooth (you don’t need any milk as the courgette gives enough liquid)

All you need for this recipe is...
For the oats:
🍓 40g gluten-free oats (why not try our Berry Buzz Overnight Oats)
🍓 10g Chia Seeds
🍓 1cup plant-based milk or water
🍓 30g Acai Strawberry SuperProtein
🍓 1/4 cup plant-based yoghurt
🍓 Chopped Strawberries
For the ganache:
đŸĢ 20g Cognition Blend
đŸĢ 2tbsp plant-based milk
đŸĢ (Optional agave syrup)

For toppings:
🍓 Chopped strawberries
🍓 Goji Berries
🍓 Coconut flakes

And all you need to do is...

1) Cook the oats, chia seeds, milk and a pinch of salt until it starts to thicken, around 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and mix in the protein powder, strawberries and yoghurt. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins until the top is cool.

2) Mix together the ganache ingredients, adjust quantities if needed until you get a nice thick chocolatey mixture. Spread onto chilled oats and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight!

3) Add extra strawberries, coconut chips, goji berries & cacao nibs 🍓

All you need for this recipe is..
đŸĨŖ60g oats
đŸĨŖ110ml milk
đŸĨŖ1 mashed banana
đŸĨŖ1 tsp Chia Seeds
đŸĨŖ1 tsp cinnamon
đŸĨŖÂŊ tsp nutmeg
đŸĨŖ1 apple, chopped
đŸĨŖ ÂŊ tsp baking powder
đŸĨŖ1 tsp Coconut Oil
đŸĨŖTop with Cashew & Hazelnut Smooth Spread

And all you have to do is...
1ī¸âƒŖPre-heat the oven to 150 degrees
