বাচ্চাকে কিভাবে লিচু খাওয়াবেন?শিশুর বয়স ১ বছরের বেশি হলে অল্প পরিমাণে শুরু করুন। লিচু খাওয়ানোর পরে বাচ্চার কোন অ্যালার্জি হচ্ছে কিনা বা ডায়রিয়া অথবা পেটব্যথা হচ্ছে কিনা খেয়াল রাখুন। প্রতিদিন ৪-৫ টি লিচু (বয়স ও শারীরিক অবস্থা অনুযায়ী)। সকালে বা দুপুরে খাওয়ানো ভালে। লিচু খালি পেটে খাওয়ানো যাবে না,খাবারের পরে দিন।অতিরিক্ত নয়, পরিমিত পরিমাণে দিন।
