আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান Bushra’s Therapy Hub & Special Care -এ শিশুদের উন্নয়নমূলক শিক্ষা ও সেবার জন্য একজন Special Education Teacher নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।

🎓 যোগ্যতা
• Special Education / Psychology / Education বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা বা স্নাতক ডিগ্রি/ যে কোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি
• অটিজম, ADHD, Speech Delay বা অন্যান্য Developmental Delay-সম্পন্ন শিশুদের সাথে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
• শিশুদের সাথে ধৈর্য ও আন্তরিকতার সাথে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
• থেরাপি টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করার দক্ষতা

🧩 দায়িত্বসমূহ
• বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন শিশুদের জন্য Individual Education Plan (IEP) অনুযায়ী কাজ করা
• শিক্ষামূলক ও উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা
• শিশুদের অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা ইত্যাদি
