One second of my life in August — and somehow, this month changed everything. 🥹

Back to work after a long break 💻.
A new routine.
Tiha’s first day and last at kindergarten.
And one very unexpected decision.

Started my job on the 12th, and Tiha started kindergarten on the 10th. But after her very first day, we realised we weren’t ready to leave her in the kindergarten 5 just yet.

So we made a big decision — no kindergarten for now. I’ll be working and raising my toddler side by side, from home. 🤍

August was full of memories, changes, and a few unexpected decisions.

Want to know what happened at kindergarten? I might share the story next. 👀

POV: the tiny human who needs you for everything suddenly notices when YOU need a little love. 🥹❤️

Nobody told me my dream life would be this exhausting. 😂🤍

Working 9–5, raising a toddler, running a home…
and trying to remember that I’m a person too.

But getting to earn while watching my daughter grow up beside me?
I know how lucky I am.

I don’t have much time for myself right now, but I get to be present for so much of her childhood.

I get to earn, work from home, build my carrier and watch my daughter grow up right in front of me.

That’s a privilege I’ll never take for granted.
And now I have a whole new respect for every mom—
the ones working 9–5 away from their little ones, and the ones who paused their careers to raise them.

Sending love to every working mom and every stay-at-home mom.
Motherhood looks different on all of us. ❤️

One day, you’ll miss the little conversations you almost didn’t think to record. 🥹🤍

Sometimes, learning looks exactly like sitting on a balcony on a rainy day and talking about absolutely nothing. 🌧️🤍

I grew up eating this…
Now watching my daughter have her first bite. 🌽

Apple season here is magical! Neighbors leave crates of fresh apples on the sidewalk for anyone to take.

We even found a massive roadside tree, piled out of the car, and lifted Tiha up to pick them straight from the branches!

They were so sweet, we just had to bring them home to make a big batch of spicy, tangy homemade Apple Pickle.
