မလေးရှားရောက် ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည် ၅၀၀၀ ကို မြန်မာပြန်လက်ခံဖို့သဘောတူကြောင်း မလေးရှားပြော

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ မလေးရှားရောက် ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည် ၅၀၀၀ ခန့်ကို လက်ခံဖို့ သဘောတူထားတယ်လို့ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် အန်ဝါ အီဘရာဟင် (Anwar Ibrahim) က ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၉ ရက်နေ့က ပြောကြားလိုက်ပါတယ်။

ဒီအရေးကိစ္စအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့ အစပိုင်းမှာ ခက်ခဲခဲ့ပေမယ့် မြန်မာနဲ့ မလေးရှား နှစ်နိုင်ငံကြား ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုအပေါ် အခြေခံပြီး နောက်ဆုံးမှာ အောင်မြင်ခဲ့တာပါလို့သူက ပြောပါတယ်။

“ပြည်သူတွေက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို ပြန်ပို့ဖို့ တောင်းဆိုကြတယ်။ ဘယ်သွားပြန်ပို့ရမှာလဲ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကိုတဲ့။ အရင်ကဆို မြန်မာဘက်က သူတို့ကို ပြန်လက်မခံချင်ကြဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့် မြန်မာနဲ့ မလေးရှားအကြား ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့အတွက် အခု သူတို့က မလေးရှားက ရိုဟင်ဂျာ ၅၀၀၀ ကို ပြန်လက်ခံဖို့ ပထမဆုံး သဘောတူခဲ့တာပါ။”

လာရောက်နားထောင်သူ ထောင်ချီရှိတဲ့ “ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နဲ့ ညနေခင်း လက်ဖက်ရည်ဝိုင်း” လို့ တိုက်ရိုက် အဓိပ္ပာယ် ရတဲ့ (Minum Petang Bersama PMX) အစီအစဥ်မှာ မစ္စတာဘရာဟင်က အခုလို ပြောလိုက်တာဖြစ်ပြီး ဒီပွဲကို ပို့ဆောင်ရေးဝန်ကြီးလည်းတက်ရောက်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ မလေးရှားသတင်းတွေမှာ ရေးသားထားပါတယ်။

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၇ ရက်နေ့ မနက်က ပီနန်ကျွန်းနေအိမ်တွေကနေ ဒေသခံတွေက ဖိအားပေး မောင်းထုတ်ကြ တဲ့အတွက် ထွက်ပြေးလာတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာ ဒုက္ခသည် ၁၀၀ ကျော်ဟာ ဘတ်စ်ကားသုံးစီးနဲ့ ကွာလံလာမ်ပူ မြို့တော်ကို ရောက်လာခဲ့ပြီး ကုလသမဂ္ဂဒုက္ခသည်များဆိုင်ရာ မဟာမင်းကြီးရုံး (UNHCR) ရှေ့မှာ စုဝေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို တနင်္လာနေ့ညမှာပဲ မလေးရှားရဲက ဖမ်းဆီး စစ်ဆေးပြီး UNHCR နဲ့ တခြား NGO တွေအကူအညီနဲ့ နေရာသုံးခုကို ခွဲပြီး ပို့ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့တယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။

မလေးရှားဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ကတော့ “ရပ်ရွာတည်ငြိမ်ရေးကို ထိခိုက်လာမယ်၊ ပြည်သူလူထုအထိန့်တလန့် ဖြစ်စေမယ်၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် နေရာတစ်ခုခုမှာ ဝင်ရောက်နေထိုင်မယ်ဆိုရင် ဘယ်ဒုက္ခသည်အုပ်စုကိုမှ သဘောထားကြီးမှာ မဟုတ်ဘူး”လို့ ဇူလိုင် ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေအနေနဲ့ ရပ်ရွာတည်ငြိမ်ရေးကို မထိခိုက်အောင် နေထိုင်ဖို့၊ လမ်းမတွေပေါ်မှာ စုဝေးနေထိုင်တာ၊ အများပြည်သူပိုင် နေရာတွေမှာ လာနေတာတွေလုပ်ခဲ့ရင် တစ်ခြား သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့နေရာတွေကို ပေးပို့မှာဖြစ်ကြောင်းလည်း သူကပြောခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံဟာ ဒုက္ခသည်အရေးနဲပတ်သက်လို့ ဇန်နဝါရီလက စတင်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဒုက္ခသည် မှတ်ပုံတင် အထောက်အထား(DPP) အစီအစဥ်အရ စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းလိုတဲ့အတွက် ဒုက္ခသည် တွေကို မှတ်ပုံတင်ပေးတာတွေ ယာယီ ဆိုင်းငံ့ပေးဖို့ UNHCR ရုံးကို မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး မိုဟာမက် ဟာဆန်က (Mohamad Hasan) ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့က တောင်းဆိုထားပါတယ်။

မလေးရှားပြည်ထဲရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက UNHCR နဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ဒုက္ခသည်စိစစ်လက်ခံတာကို တင်းတင်း ကြပ်ကြပ် လုပ်ဆောင်နေပြီး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ တောင်းဆိုကြောင်း၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမရှိရင် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံကို ဝန်ထုပ်ဝန်ပိုးမဖြစ်အောင် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံမှာ ရုံးဆက်မဖွင့်စေလိုကြောင်း၊ UNHCR ရုံးဟာ ဒုက္ခသည်တွေကို မလေးရှားကိုလာရောက်ဖို့ ဆွဲဆောင်ရာရုံးတစ်ခုဖြစ်နေကြောင်းလည်း သူကပြောပါတယ်။

မလေးရှား UNHCR ရုံးရဲ့ မှတ်တမ်းတွေအရ ၂၀၂၆ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလကုန်အထိ ရိုဟင်ဂျာ ဒုက္ခသည် ၁၂၆၀၀၀ ခန့်ကို ဒုက္ခသည်မှတ်ပုံတင်ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
