My Yoga Journey
It’s life balance and wellbeing that attracted Maša to yoga. After all, yoga teaches us the art of being present, self-care and nurturing our soul with meditation and our breath.
Maša has been practicing yoga for almost a decade now, after completing her yoga teacher training with Sivananda yoga, in 2010. Since then she has become interested in mindful living and thus completed an eight-week long mindfulness course at the Brussels Mindfulness Institute. During her teachings and encounters with her yoga students, she has developed a great passion for prenatal and postnatal yoga for which she followed a course recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Maša’s teaching styles include hatha yoga, yin and prenatal yoga.
