What happens when Nudi and Danu come together?

⟡˙⋆ Earth Flow ⋆˙⟡

A two-day journey into mud, movement, creativity and connection.

We’ll move our bodies, create with our hands, share food, sit with the Earth and remember that we are nature too.

✨A space to play, explore, create and reconnect ✨

This weekend we danced with the elements.

The rain came down with a force, reminding us that Mother Nature holds the final say. Tents flooded, wellies filled, and still the music played on.

Rather than dampening spirits, the storm seemed to draw people closer together. Little ecosystems of creativity, connection and celebration sprang up wherever there was shelter, like mushrooms emerging from the forest floor after heavy rain. 🍄

✨ Then came the sunshine ✨

For the Joyflow workshop (slide 2), we gathered to stretch, shake, move and remember ourselves. To feel our feet on the earth. To soften our shoulders. To awaken our bodies and prepare for one final dance.
We moved like water. We burned like fire.

A community of curious hearts. Open minds. Playful spirits. People who welcomed mischief as readily as they welcomed one another. Ready to dance, create, help, connect and embrace whatever adventure the moment presented.

There was a beautiful balance of wildness and gentleness. A freedom to play, alongside a genuine care for one another that could be felt in every corner of the festival.

I leave with a full heart, muddy boots and immense gratitude.

What a beautiful reminder that joy doesn’t require perfect conditions. Sometimes it simply asks us to dance in the rain.

Big shout out to Bernie & Michelle for the perfect music for the workshop. A spontaneous symbiosis 🫂🌱🫆

Halfway through the year be like… whaaaat??

If you also have a pressure monster living in your mind, here’s a gentle reminder:

~ be kind to yourself
~ take some of the pressure off
~ invite more presence
~ + more play

Dare I say… maybe even flirt with life a little?

ADHD can feel incredibly isolating. Like there’s this invisible wall between you and your full potential.

It’s having so many dreams inside of you. Feeling deeply passionate and ambitious, but struggling to start. Perfectionism, overwhelm, fear of wasting time… carrying all these beautiful ideas inside you but not always knowing how to bring them into the world.

I wasn’t diagnosed until my 30s, so a lot of my life has been spent trying to understand how my brain works and building coping mechanisms along the way. In many ways, this is what led me towards yoga, Ayurveda, permaculture, folklore, mischief and magic.

There are still shaky moments, but they no longer linger the way they used to. And while I still end up in deep 2am conversations about the universe ;) I’ve found so many things that genuinely help.

I want this space to be somewhere I can share what’s helped me, what hasn’t, and be honest about the shame ADHD can carry..but also how it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I hope you’ll follow along 🤍

Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life felt like finally being handed a map to myself 🤝

Not to “fix” who I am -
but to understand my nervous system with more compassion.

These little rituals aren’t about perfection or optimisation.

They’re about softness. Regulation. Awareness. Play. Returning to my body again and again.

Some days I’m grounded and present.
Other days I’m overstimulated, impulsive and drinking too much coffee ☕️😭

Both versions of me deserve kindness.

As neurodivergent women, so many of us grew up masking, people pleasing, overthinking and feeling “too much” or “not enough” all at once.

So now I’m learning to move slower.
Listen deeper.
Observe the world around me.
Laugh at my chaotic brain sometimes.
And create rituals that help me feel safe in myself 🌿

Would love to know - what are the small things that help regulate your nervous system?

I also host ADHD-friendly yoga workshops, women’s circles, nervous system sessions & witchy folklore inspired gatherings for anyone wanting softer ways to exist in this world. Sounds like a bitta you?

If your brain feels loud, busy, or scattered…
try this 🫂

~ Shaking helps discharge excess adrenaline and stress energy stored in the body.
~ Forward folds can calm the nervous system by stimulating the parasympathetic response and increasing blood flow to the brain.
~Cat-cow movements connect breath with movement, helping regulate attention and bring you back into the present moment.
~And the hand to heart + belly breathing? That’s a simple way to signal safety to the body through slower exhales and vagus nerve activation.

For ADHD brains, focus doesn’t always come from “trying harder”.

Sometimes it comes from movement, softness, rhythm, grounding, and feeling safe enough to land back in your body 🌙

AND lots of positive self talk and love !!

STOP BUFFERING. START BLOOMING. 🧠🌿

Is your mind lightyears ahead of your body… while your body is trying to catch up?

Because sometimes, SAME.

Welcome to The Spring Threshold Series.

A 4-part Joyflow journey designed specifically with ADHD and neurodivergent nervous systems in mind - helping you move from overthinking into embodiment.

Guided by the rhythm of the Celtic Tree months and the Moon’s cycle, this is a progressive return to yourself:

From Gaia’s grounding reset, through Hawthorn’s boundary magic, into Taurus’ sensual anchoring, and finally the Flower Moon’s radiant expression.

Not separate classes, a somatic journey that gently repatterns how you inhabit your body.

Across the series, we work with:

✨ Movement that helps quiet mental overwhelm and ‘tab overload’
✨ Self-massage & deep pressure to regulate ADHD nervous systems
✨ Grounding practices that support focus, steadiness, and presence
✨ Somatic boundary work to reduce emotional overwhelm and energetic fatigue
✨ Breath, sound & expansive flow to support expression without masking

Each session meets you where you are, whether you come once or move through the full journey.

We hope you will leave feeling less scattered and more rooted, clear, and at home in your body.
