Each congress ticket costs 550 euros until 15th June, 2026 (incl. taxes and fees). Flights and accommodation are not included and must be booked separately. From 15th June 2026, the price goes up by 50 euros.

Only four months left 🤯🤯🤯

Wow, it is a little over four months to go until International Sauna Congress 2026 opens in Oslo, Norway!

ISC26 will showcase some of the latest scientific findings about sauna and health, global sauna culture, architecture, technology and sustainability. We have a great line-up of amazing speakers.

It is time to book your flights and secure your tickets!

🌟 Get ready for the grand opening at Oslo City Hall, in the same, majestic room as the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded every year.
✨ All congress participants are invited to enjoy the rest of the evening at The Well, the largest spa in the Nordics, with many saunas, pools and showers in a gorgeous forest setting.

The ticket price will increase by 50 euros from 15th June, so get in quick!
