Hello lovely sauna people, it’s been sooo long…
but we’re back!

And we mean literally back. Last months we were all over the world sharing sauna with you and creating something bigger then us and our company.

We searched a way to look back at what all happened, but simply it’s not possible in one post. That’s why we promise to come back here on social media and share everything with you one by one. But for now enjoy this one … 🥰

In this post you’ll see a glimpse of all the beautiful people we met. If you don’t find yourself on one of the pictures don’t be sad as we have more and they are all coming! ☺️

This AWM is a step into a new chapter for us, and we’re so lucky that so many of you came along. (Some things never change tho wink wink Felix)

Last week we managed to gather a small part of our aromen ambassador family and spend together two wholesome days. It was the most fulfilling experience we had in a while. Gathering people that truly love sauna and are there to support and inspire each other. We already know this will become a yearly meet up where we can share all the knowledge. ☺️

It is hard to describe in words the love for each of you. You truly became a part of family that goes beyond sauna. Thank you ❤️

Hmmm it’s fresh spruce resin season! 🤤

The warmth of these months is making the resin flow into beautiful tears. Now it’s the tree’s active defence time… but it gets also very sticky, that’s why the main harvesting time is winter.

But us? We’re not waiting. There’s nothing like that raw, piny coniferous hit hitting your senses mid-Aufguss 🔥🤤

Only four months left 🤯🤯🤯

Wow, it is a little over four months to go until International Sauna Congress 2026 opens in Oslo, Norway!

ISC26 will showcase some of the latest scientific findings about sauna and health, global sauna culture, architecture, technology and sustainability. We have a great line-up of amazing speakers.

It is time to book your flights and secure your tickets!

🌟 Get ready for the grand opening at Oslo City Hall, in the same, majestic room as the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded every year.
✨ All congress participants are invited to enjoy the rest of the evening at The Well, the largest spa in the Nordics, with many saunas, pools and showers in a gorgeous forest setting.

The ticket price will increase by 50 euros from 15th June, so get in quick!
