Vaginal dryness during menopause? Please don't just buy any hormone treatment because somebody recommended it.

If you have had breast cancer or you are being treated for breast cancer, please talk to your oncologist before using hormonal treatment for vaginal dryness.

There are other things that can help with vaginal dryness, painful s*x and reduced s*xual desire, but the right option depends on what is causing the problem and your health history.

And please know this: vaginal dryness is not something you just have to suffer through because you are getting older.

It is a real menopause symptom, and there are treatment options.

I’ll be talking more about what can help, including non-hormonal options, medical treatments and things you should know before choosing one.

Are you over 50 and still wondering when you should eat breakfast? 👀

The answer is simpler than all the hormone-balancing advice flying around online.

Let’s talk about when to eat, what to eat, and what actually matters.

There are things I can do.

And there are things 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼.

Matthew 11:28 is one of the Scriptures I return to whenever life feels too heavy:

“𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁.”

So I don't just read it and say, “𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻.”

I pray with it.

I tell God where I need His help.
I ask Him for wisdom, strength and peace.

And then I pay attention to what He shows me to do.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀, 𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗻.

And I trust His grace to carry what I cannot carry by myself.

That's how I hold on to God's promises in my everyday life.

𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲.

Healing Works When Structure Meets Obedience.

Healing didn’t start working for me when I knew more.
It started working when I did less, but did it consistently.

There was a season when I wanted relief without routine.
I wanted healing without order.
I wanted progress without discipline.

But the body doesn’t respond to intention.
It responds to structure.

Eating at odd hours.
Skipping meals today, overeating tomorrow.
Using herbs without changing habits.
Praying, but ignoring rest, timing, and consistency.

Nothing shifted.

Things began to change when I stopped negotiating with what I already knew was right.

I ate when my body needed food, not when it was convenient.
I simplified my meals.
I respected timing.
I rested when I should.
I stayed consistent even when results were quiet.

Healing didn’t rush in.
But it stayed.

This taught me something important:
Healing works when structure meets obedience.

Not trying to be perfect.
Not doing extremes or jumping on trends.
Not starvation.

Just daily alignment - doing the right thing, at the right time, in the right way, consistently.

If you’re tired of the same painful digestive problems repeating themselves over and over again or relief that does not last,

Maybe the question isn’t “what else should I try?”

Maybe it’s “what do I need to do properly and consistently?”

That’s where healing begins.

Many people with gastritis, ulcers, or reflux quietly ask this question.

“Why do my eyes feel strange?”
“Why do I feel dizzy or not fully here?”

You’re not alone, and it’s not what most people think.

This post will help you understand what’s really happening and what to pay attention to.

Save it. Read it slowly.

If ulcer pain, reflux, bloating, or heartburn keeps returning,
it may not be because you’re doing too little
but because you’re doing the wrong things consistently.

A digestive reset isn’t drastic.
It’s deliberate.

If you’re tired of guessing and want a calm, structured way to support healing, comment RESET or send me a DM.

These spices don’t just add flavour.
They’ve helped many people calm inflammation and digest food better… when used the right way.

A few years ago, I noticed something with many of the men and women I work with.

They weren’t eating “bad food.”
They were just tired of the same cycle:

😞 Bloating after meals.

😞 That heavy, uncomfortable feeling.

😞 Gas, constipation, or burning that makes you loosen your clothes by evening.

And most times, the help they needed wasn’t exotic supplements.
It was already in their kitchen.

Ginger. Cloves. Cinnamon. 📌✅💯

In Nigerian homes, we use them for taste.
But if used gently and correctly, they do more than just add flavour.

✅ Ginger helps the stomach empty food better and reduces bloating.

✅ Cloves calm gut irritation and support healthy digestion.

✅ Cinnamon supports blood sugar balance, which directly affects gut comfort.

And how do you use them correctly?

📌 Here’s my go-to recipe: 👇

1. Ginger: Add a small piece boiled and sipped after meals. Not raw, not excessive.

2. Cloves: 1–2 cloves in warm water or tea. More is not better.

3.Cinnamon: A pinch in pap, oats, or tea. Not daily overdose.

That's it! Simple and consistent.

I’ve seen people go from “my stomach always worries me” to

“I can eat without fear”
just by adjusting how they use these simple spices.
👍

❌ No extremes.
❌ No suffering in silence.
✅ Just small, consistent routines that support healing.

If digestive discomfort has been your quiet struggle, this is for you. 🔥

You don’t need more information. You need application.

One thing I keep seeing with people dealing with ulcer pain, reflux, bloating, constipation is this:

📍They know a lot.
📍They’ve read posts.
📍They’ve Googled symptoms.
📍They’ve removed foods.
📍They’re on medication.

YET Their Body is Still Uncomfortable.

Recently, someone told me:
“I wait till noon to eat because I’m scared food will hurt me.”

Another said:
“I’m doing everything right, but my chest still feels tight after meals.”

---

Here’s the truth most Coaches won’t tell you plainly:

📌"Healing doesn’t fail because you don’t know enough.

👉 Healing delays BECAUSE knowledge isn’t being applied in the Right Order, Timing, and Structure."

❌ An empty stomach for long hours can irritate an ulcer.

❌ Fear around food can worsen reflux.

❌ Random food restrictions can slow digestion and worsen bloating.

❌ Medication without routine support leaves gaps.

Your body is not confused.
It’s responding to the manner you've been training it.

Ulcer healing is not about chasing the next tip.
It’s about:

✔️ how you break your fast

✔️ how often you eat

✔️ what combinations calm vs irritate

✔️ how stress shows up in your gut

✔️ how daily routines support the lining of your stomach

📌 This is why two people can eat the same food and one heals while the other hurts.

Please read that again.

Information alone doesn’t heal.
Application does.

📌 And application requires guidance, not guesswork.

If your digestion keeps relapsing, pause and ask yourself:
"Am I collecting advice… or following a structure?"

BECAUSE your BODY DOESN’T need more noise.
It NEEDS DIRECTION.

👉 You don’t need more information. You need application. 💯

Does fasting once a day really heal ulcers or is it just a trend?
