7 foods You should eat to help balance your hormones
1-Broccoli and leafy greens - veggies like broccoli, kale, bok choy, arugula, brussels sprouts, cabbage, are extremely helpful for detoxing and promote healthier oestrogen metabolism
2-Healthy Fats like - fatty fish (wild salmon, sardines and mackerel are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids) , Avocado (also rich in potassium and magnesium) ,Olive Oil (extra-virgin olive-oil) are the favourite fats for hormone health
3-Proteins - besides fish, pasture-raised poultry and eggs also provide protein and B-vitamin, all necessary for hormone health.
