"You've never seen me not in pain."

My friend's face kind of fell when I said this. I think it caught them off guard, because they do see me smiling and laughing. What they don't see is the pain, it does tend to be invisible. What you learn when you're in pain so constantly for so long is that life doesn't actually stop. You just have to find a different way of living it.

Disability Pride month is the month of July, and I love that it matches up with America's Independence day and Pioneer Day. Disabilities mean living life on hard mode, and accomplishments won through struggle.

You can't get very far in any anatomy course without learning about the vagus nerve, and this is a really practical way to take care of yours!

Also, I love . Wait for me is such an emotional song which works all the better for this exercise.
