HAVE YOU EVER CHECKED YOUR KIDNEY FUNCTION?

Many adults in Botswana have never tested creatinine or eGFR.

Yet you can lose up to 80–90% kidney function before symptoms appear.

Kidney tests are simple:
✔ Blood test (Creatinine → eGFR)
✔ Urine test (to check Protein)

Early detection can slow progression for years.

If you are 18+ and have never checked — this is your sign.
