Taking a breather this holiday season!!!

Will be back in the New Year ready to give'er with a brand NEW program.

Until then, enjoy the holidays, the time with family and hopefully just sitting and getting the chance to reset and regroup.

We made keto mac n cheese tonight (by we, I do mean my husband...I just ate it🤷‍♀️) and hot damn it was soooo good yet again!!! I think I've even linked it before...but it's worth another share!!

We had a full head of cauliflower to use up and we crushed it! This is really quite tasty and definitely worth a try for those who havent had it yet! Recipe found in bio (what's for dinner)

I've been severly lacking on keeping that up to date as of recent due to chaotic holiday schedule juggling but that will be back in full force here in the new year...until then it will probably be erratic, but I'll for sure note when I've added a new one for either dinner, treats or sides!

We are in pretty much full holiday mode over here...I have one week left of work and I feel like I'm gonna struggle through. Last week I shared the boys learning the Bernie...this week here comes the FLOSS!!😂😂

While I'm still getting in my daily workouts and they are AUHMAZING..nothing beats the workouts that accompany dance parties and deep belly laughs with your kids💙💙 the BEST kind of workout around!!

Bahah...the boys are eating dinner and I'm sitting at the island in a total fog counting down the minutes until bedtime 😂 (its presently 6pm🤦‍♀️) I'm just super tired today.

Anyone else get the feeling that the time around the holidays is just that much more exhausting !?! Dont get me wrong I LOVE it!! But we are halfway thru the month on Saturday and I have no idea where these last 2 weeks have gone!?!? Happens every year over here!

I think I am gearing up to tell a nice white lie this evening that gets us all into bed much earlier than usual😉

All caught up on the workout front from missed days last week today AND I get to feel like I'm helping save the environment sporting these awesome Rothys!! My shoes are made from recycled water bottles folks!!

I feel like I'm winning all around today 😂!! Love those kinda days❤

Got some new leggings today...and gotta say I'm loving them😍 great design, fit in all the right places and I'm not pulling at the darn waist to hike them back up every time I bend or sit down. Never owned under armour brand before for leg attire, but I must say this might be the start of an awesome relationship!

Another day in the books, and while I fully intended on doubling up to catch up from last weeks missed days , I just couldnt add another component to the resistance workout today💦 I already dont like burpees...but add in weights and that spells trouble all up and down it😂 guess I'm gonna add some extra to another day instead😂

Back at it today after being a lump this weekend visiting with my sister (sooo unbelievably worth the break❤)

But doubled up today to start the catching up process...who knew 20 minutes could kick my butt so hard 😂😂

Another day of doubling up and then back caught up!!

Dropped this lady back at the airport tonight after a really great 4 days...😭 why does the time leading up to a visit seem to drag endlessly...and then you blink and the time actually spent together is gone and it's time to part ways again😭??

I hate how far away we live. Would be sooooo much better if we lived closer! ❤ My boys feel the same way. They love their auntie💙

A weekend filled with xmas festivities and sister snuggling. Pretty darn wonderful weekend!

Ready to jump into another week here tomorrow!

So uhhhh part of my parental duties is to make sure I equip these boys with the best of the best for dance moves.

Soooo we put on a really good tutorial to learn the "Bernie" .
I think theyve pretty much nailed it 😂 Theyve been teaching others this must have dance move today! Lol

My best and most fun nights tend to be had with these guys💙

A little worse for wear today...not feeling great after last nights xmas party😉 100% my fault.

BUT when your counterpart (my sister❤) is in town to be your side kick, you just gotta expect things maaaayyy get outta hand...lol

Soooo today ended up being a rest day of sorts where we lumped it up around the house.

Busy day planned for tomorrow and back at it on the workout realm.

Hot damn!! Kicking off the month of December and all things festive with a cookie exchange with some ladies that did NOT dissappoint! 😍🍪

Lol pray for some semblance of will power for me to not crush all of these in 1 sitting 🙏😂

Got in my scheduled workout today with a little extra cardio added this evening!!

This tiny ham helped me run around town to find packaging for the treats we made for the cookie exchange tomorrow.

Naturally he needed treats for his accompanying me on our store adventures ❤
