✨Here are a few important measures to take when undergoing a chemical peel. Peeling may or may not occur, but it doesn’t indicate the effectiveness of the peel. If peeling occurs, refrain from picking or pulling the skin. Ensure you keep your skin well-hydrated and nourished.✨

☀️ Make sure you do not have direct sun exposure.

* avoid exercise 24-72 hrs
* Avoid chemical/physical exfoliation for 7 days
* Avoid using AHA’s. , BHA’s and rentinol for 7-10 days
* Avoid laser hair removal ( 4-6 weeks)
* Avoid waxing and threading for 7 days
* Avoid swimming and saunas for 7 days
* Avoid hot yoga for 7 days
