💜🌱 PAUSE YOUR SCROLL… YOUR SALAD JUST GOT A PURPLE MAKEOVER! 🌱💜

Let’s talk about Purple Kohlrabi Microgreens — tiny, colourful, slightly sassy, and ready to turn your plate into a party. 🎉🥗

But what exactly ARE these little beauties?

🌱 THE TINY VERSION OF A BIG VEGGIE

Purple Kohlrabi microgreens are young kohlrabi seedlings harvested while they’re small and tender. Their vibrant purple stems add a gorgeous splash of colour, while their fresh, crisp flavour makes them a delicious finishing touch.

And here’s the fun part…

🥦 KOHLRABI IS A BRASSICA!

Yep! It’s part of the same veggie family as broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. 🌱

Basically, the Brassica family is the vegetable equivalent of a very talented family reunion. 😂

🌱 WHAT DO THEY TASTE LIKE?

Fresh, crisp and mildly peppery, with that familiar brassica flavour, but delicate enough to let the rest of your meal shine.

💜 WHY EAT THEM?

Microgreens can provide plant-based nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds. And honestly? Food tastes even better when it looks this good. ✨

🌈 HOW TO USE YOUR PURPLE CONFETTI

✨ Salads
✨ Sandwiches & wraps
✨ Grain bowls
✨ Avocado toast
✨ Eggs
✨ Soups
✨ Charcuterie boards
✨ Pretty much anything that needs a little WOW! factor

Tiny greens.
BIG colour.
🌱 ZERO BORING PLATE ENERGY. 💜

Purple Kohlrabi Microgreens: nature’s edible confetti. 🎉
