✨ Cancellation Policy ✨
With summer coming up and schedules getting busier, I wanted to give everyone a friendly reminder about my cancellation policy ☀️
To help respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following policy is in place:
• Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Cancellations made the day before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, as it is often difficult to fill appointments on short notice.
• Arriving late to your appointment may cut into your treatment time, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining to complete the service.
Appointment reminders are automatically sent by email a few days before your appointment, as well as a reminder 2 hours prior to your scheduled service.
A valid credit card is required to confirm all appointments. If you are not comfortable keeping a card on file, you may choose to send a deposit equal to 50% of your booked service to [email protected] via e-transfer. This deposit will go toward your appointment total as long as the appointment is not missed or cancelled outside of the policy timeframe.
