Breastfeeding is natural… but that doesn’t mean it always comes naturally.

Research continues to show that birthing persons who receive breastfeeding education before baby arrives are more likely to feel confident, feed longer, recognize what’s normal, and ask for support sooner when challenges come up.

That’s exactly why we created this class. 🤍

Our June Breastfeeding Class is intentionally kept small so you don’t feel lost in a room full of people.

This is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, learn hands-on skills, and leave feeling more prepared for those first hours and weeks postpartum.

Inside this class, we’ll talk about:
• what to expect in the first few days
• latch & positioning
• how to know baby is getting enough
• pumping & bottle questions
• common feeding challenges
• partner support
• what’s actually normal in the early postpartum days

Led by our IBCLC in the warm atmosphere of Pelvic Love Massage Therapy, this class is designed to help you walk into postpartum with more confidence, less fear, and real support behind you.

When someone asks me if they should bounce on a yoga ball for 6 hours to start labor…”

No, my love. 😂

Your baby is not ignoring the memo to come because you didn’t do enough figure 8s on an exercise ball.

Movement can absolutely help support comfort, positioning, and progression in labor…

BUT there is a difference between supporting your body and exhausting it trying to make labor happen.

By the end of pregnancy, so many women are:
-walking curbs
-eating dates
-drinking raspberry leaf tea
-bouncing until their hips hurt
-trying every “natural induction” trick on TikTok

…while already running on little sleep and a tired nervous system.

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is:
-rest
-hydrate
-nourish yourself
-regulate your nervous system
-stop treating your body like it’s failing.

Labor is a physiological process.

Not a performance.

And if your body needs support balancing for birth, that’s where we come in. 🤍
