Hello and good morning everyone.

Today's Topic: High Protein Chia Seed Pudding
(Because this deserves a headline of its own lol)

So for all of you sugar people out there this is a must for you.
Being a chocoholic, I've been struggling with healthy sweet snacks, cuz fruit just doesn't cut it.
I prepared this Cinnamon pudding yesterday evening.
It only takes about 5 minutes to prepare, then left to sit in the fridge overnight, but I can tell you it is worth the wait.
The nice thing about this is that you can pick your sweetener, your type of milk and flavor it with spices, fruit, coconut, cocoa, instant coffee or whatever you like.
The texture of this creamy little wonder is similar to that of tapioca.

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups greek-style unsweetened yogurt (i used dairy-free)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1–3 tablespoons maple syrup agave, or other liquid sweetener*
1/2–1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
pinch of salt
9 tablespoons chia seeds

Give it a google, it's a little gold mine.

Hopefully this will make your day like it made mine 😉

Good morning everyone,
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend surrounded by your family and friends.

Today's Topic: Astaxanthin / Pain / Weather

So I'm still struggling a bit with pain and fatigue, but it seems to be diminishing.
It seems to be a given that every time the temperature fluctuates, so do I!
My pain and fatigue are both increased.
As below it is felt that this may be due to the barometric pressures and temperatures. Being as we are slowly trying to squeak our way into Spring, this seems logical.

Fibromyalgia symptoms, including pain, fatigue, and stiffness, often worsen with cold, damp, or rapidly changing weather, as many patients are highly sensitive to fluctuations in barometric pressure and temperature.

I have also placed my order for Astaxanthin which is a very powerful antioxidant for inflammation. I'm pretty excited to try this one!

Astaxanthin is a potent natural carotenoid with significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is widely recognized for its ability to modulate key inflammatory signaling pathways and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP.

Anyways, chow for now and stay tuned for my progress with the Astaxanthin

Good evening and Happy Easter to all of my family and friends! Our weekend started off great with a wonderful Easter dinner hosted by our long time friends Patty and Mike on Friday. From there, however; I slipped down again and have spent the past 2 days basically sleeping. I have no idea how or why this happens, but it's like you haven't slept in days and can't keep your eyes open. Might have to research this more tomorrow.
Anyways, hope you all had a wonderful weekend surrounded by family and friends 🧡

Hello and good morning 😊
I had a very great discussion with a dear friend this morning who is super knowledgeable in regards to most things health related. She suggested looking into this as it is a very powerful antioxidant that has many benefits.

Today's topic: Astaxanthin

Here is what I know so far, so stay tuned and follow along if you are at all interested. I most definitely will be trying this for my health and wellness journey.
I am very excited for this as I am a true believer in antioxidants

Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant, often dubbed a "super carotenoid," that offers significant health benefits, particularly by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. Key benefits include improved skin health (moisture, elasticity, reduced wrinkles), better cardiovascular function (improved cholesterol), enhanced eye health, and neuroprotective effects

Have a great day and a wonderful Easter everyone

PS.. feeling a whole bunch better today! ☺️

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all happy and well today.

Todays topic: Breakthrough Pain

I am choosing this topic today as I was rudely awoken to a world of pain early this morning. I do have to be positive here though and say it was a wonderful pain free run for 9 glorious days.

So early this morning I awoke to bone crushing pain throughout my entire body. I don't think that there was one part of me that was spared. I had to resort to taking a pain killer for the first time in comparison to god only knows how much I was taking previously. I have expected this to happen as this is going to take some time to get to where I need to be health wise.

I believe that I could likely be in the middle of a fibromyalgia flare at the moment. A flare can be described as increased pain, fatigue, and stiffness. These flare-ups can last from a few days to several weeks and may be triggered by factors such as stress, physical overexertion, or changes in weather.

On the brighter side, since I removed my body from the bunk, it seems to have eased off a bit. I will continue to fight this monster and truly believe that I will eliminate my ailments through living a healthy lifestyle.

Wishing you all a wonderful day

Today's Topic: Ivermectin Cleanse

Good morning everyone. So I've had a few followers reach out in regards to the Ivermectin Cleanse.
I opted to kickstart my road to wellness with this detox, as I felt it would be extremely helpful to cleanse my body of parasites and toxins that may slow the process of healing my body.
As I previously mentioned, I started feeling better immediately. No headaches, no pain and no fatigue. This happened literally overnight!!!

My consultant Jamie, after learning of what ails me, started me on the following starter pack specific to my needs. (Daily)

Ivermectin - 12 mg (See articles below)

Binder - 1 ml - Binds to toxins and waste. Supports parasite elimination. Improves digestion. Supports detoxification pathways.

Clean 15 - 50 ml twice daily - A traditional herbal formula supporting foundational cleansing processes, metabolic balance and the body's natural elimination pathways.

Clear Nasal Spray - to fight fungus, bacteria and mold.

If anyone is interested in starting a detox, please contact Jamie. He is super knowledgable!

Ivermectin for Parasite Management: A Compounded Approach to Safe, Targeted Treatment

The term “parasite cleanse” often circulates in wellness circles, surrounded by both hype and misinformation. At Allure Compounding Pharmacy, we focus on the science-backed, physician-directed use of medications like Ivermectin. This potent antiparasitic agent has undeniable, life-saving applications for specific infections. Our role is not to endorse unproven “cleanses” but to empower healthcare providers with customized Ivermectin formulations that offer precise, safe, and effective treatment for diagnosed parasitic conditions.

Understanding Ivermectin’s Targeted Action

Ivermectin works with a unique and highly specific mechanism. It binds to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels in the nerve and muscle cells of invertebrates. This binding increases the permeability of cell membranes to chloride ions, leading to hyperpolarization of the cells. The result is paralysis and death of the parasite. It is crucial to note that these channels are not prevalent in humans, which contributes to the drug’s high therapeutic index and safety profile when used for its approved indications. This targeted action makes it a powerful weapon against specific nematodes and arthropods.

The Gold Standard for Strongyloidiasis

One of the primary and most critical uses for Ivermectin is treating strongyloidiasis, an infection caused by the threadworm Strongyloides stercoralis. This parasite is particularly dangerous because it can complete its life cycle within the human host, leading to a hyperinfection syndrome in immunocompromised individuals, which is often fatal. A single, precise dose of Ivermectin is typically highly effective. We compound this medication into accurate, patient-specific doses, including flavored oral suspensions for those who cannot swallow tablets, ensuring this critical treatment is accessible and effective.

Effectively Combating Scabies Infestations

While topical treatments are common for scabies, oral Ivermectin provides a powerful systemic solution for challenging cases. It is highly effective for crusted (Norwegian) scabies, widespread classic scabies, and infestations in institutional settings. The treatment typically requires two doses spaced a week apart to kill newly hatched mites. For patients with difficulty using topical creams or with resistant cases, a compounded oral solution offers a practical and effective alternative. We provide precisely measured doses to help physicians break the itch-scratch cycle and eradicate the infestation.

A Vital Tool in Eradicating Onchocerciasis

Ivermectin’s profound global impact is perhaps best demonstrated in the fight against onchocerciasis, or river blindness. This disease, caused by the filarial worm Onchocerca volvulus, is transmitted by black flies and can lead to severe skin disease and blindness. Ivermectin does not kill the adult worms but sterilizes the females and kills the microfilariae they produce, preventing disease progression and transmission. Mass drug administration programs have dramatically reduced the prevalence of this neglected tropical disease, showcasing Ivermectin’s role as a public health cornerstone.

Addressing Intestinal Nematodes like Ascariasis

Ivermectin also serves as an effective treatment for common intestinal worms like ascariasis (roundworm). It offers a broad-spectrum, single-dose option that can improve compliance in multi-parasitic infections. However, self-treatment for a suspected “parasite cleanse” without a diagnosis is strongly discouraged. It can lead to incorrect dosing, missed co-infections, and potential side effects. Our pharmacy compounds Ivermectin only with a valid prescription, ensuring its use is guided by diagnostic evidence and professional oversight for true therapeutic benefit.

Your Partner in Evidence-Based Parasite Treatment

Ivermectin is a remarkable drug with definitive, life-changing applications in clinical parasitology. However, its effectiveness is tied to accurate diagnosis and precise dosing. The concept of a speculative “cleanse” undermines the scientific rigor required for safe and effective antiparasitic therapy.

At Allure Compounding Pharmacy, we stand for responsible, evidence-based medicine. We collaborate with physicians to provide customized Ivermectin that meets the exact needs of their patients—whether that means a specific liquid dose for a child, a precise amount for a sensitive individual, or a formulation free from unwanted dyes. We provide the tool; your physician provides the diagnosis and direction. Together, we ensure that this powerful medication is used safely and effectively for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer:The uses discussed for these compounded medications are considered off-label and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Compounded preparations are tailored to individual needs and may not undergo the same FDA review as commercially manufactured drugs. Please consult your healthcare provider for guidance, evaluation, and additional information specific to your situation.

The FDA does not review any compounded drugs to evaluate their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they reach patients.

Ivermectin Benefits:

Parasite Elimination: It kills a wide range of internal and external parasites, including worms, mites, and lice, by causing paralysis in the parasites.
Rosacea Treatment: Topical ivermectin is approved for treating inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules) of rosacea.
Anti-inflammatory Effects: Recent research indicates ivermectin has immunomodulatory properties that can suppress inflammatory responses, helping to reduce swelling and irritation.
High Safety Profile: When taken at prescribed dosages for parasitic infections, it is generally well-tolerated with a low rate of adverse reactions.

Investigational and Potential Benefits (Ongoing Research)
Emerging research, often in vitro (lab studies) or on animals, is investigating other potential applications, though these are not yet standard medical practices:
Antiviral Potential: Studies have shown it may inhibit the replication of viruses like SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and adenoviruses in laboratory settings.
Anticancer Potential: Research is evaluating its ability to inhibit cancer cell proliferation (e.g., breast, gastric, ovarian) by inducing autophagy (programmed cell death) in cancer cells.
Vector Control: It is used in mass drug administration to reduce malaria transmission by killing mosquitoes that feed on treated individuals.

Have a great day!
