✨ What actually happens during Reiki Level 1?

You don’t need any experience.
You don’t need to be “good” at energy work.
And you don’t need to arrive feeling completely ready.

We’ll spend the day learning, connecting and practising together in a warm, supportive space.

You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive your Level 1 attunement and discover how to use Reiki for yourself and the people you love.

Most importantly, you’ll leave with a beautiful healing practice you can return to whenever you need to come home to yourself. 🤍

What if one weekend could deepen the connection you have with yourself, your intuition and your own healing energy? ✨

The Reiki Weekend Immersion brings Levels 1 and 2 together for two beautiful, heart-centred days at the Cozy Cabin.

During Level 1, we’ll begin with the foundations of Reiki—learning how to work with energy, practise self-Reiki and share Reiki with those closest to you.

During Level 2, we’ll deepen the practice through sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing, intuitive awareness and powerful techniques you can carry into your everyday life.

You don’t need previous Reiki experience to join the full weekend. You only need curiosity, an open heart and a willingness to begin.

You don’t have to be a healer to begin Reiki. ✨

I didn’t begin Reiki because I had everything figured out or because I felt completely healed.

I began because I was searching.

I wanted to feel more connected to myself.
I wanted tools to support my own healing.
I wanted to understand my energy and learn how to come back to myself when life felt heavy.

Reiki didn’t ask me to become someone different before I could begin. It met me exactly where I was.

That is what I want you to know, too.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be highly intuitive.
You don’t need to know whether you’ll ever offer Reiki professionally.

You only need to feel curious—or notice that quiet little pull inside you saying, maybe this is for me.

Reiki Level 1 is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and awaken the healing energy already within you.

✨ What I didn’t expect when I found Reiki…

When I first found Reiki, I don’t think I fully understood how much it would become a part of my life.

Reiki gave me a way to come back to myself. To feel safe in the stillness

It taught me to trust my intuition — that quiet knowing I used to question or ignore. A lot!

It gave me something to reach for when life feels heavy, overwhelming or simply too loud.

It showed me that healing doesn’t always have to mean fixing something. Sometimes it’s slowing down, placing my hands on my heart and simply being with myself.

And maybe most importantly, Reiki helped me deepen my connection to ME. 🤍

Years later, I still use Reiki in my everyday life — for myself, my family, my clients and woven into the experiences I create.

It has grown alongside me.

And now, one of my favourite parts of this journey is getting to teach it to someone else. ✨

My next Reiki Level 1 is September 20 at the Cozy Cabin.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be “healing enough.”
You don’t need to know where this path will take you.

You can simply feel curious. 🌿

🎶 **Why sound?**

We spend so much of our lives thinking, planning, learning, doing and moving on to the next thing.

But sometimes the most powerful moments happen when we simply become still enough to **receive.**

That's why I'm so excited to bring sound into **Inspire + Awaken 2026**.

Throughout a weekend filled with ideas, conversations, leadership, growth and inspiration, sound offers something different.

A pause.

A chance to soften.
To come back into the body.
To breathe.
To listen inward.
To allow everything we've been taking in to settle.

For me, that's the beauty of the crystal singing bowls. We don't have to *do* anything with the sound. We simply get to experience it.

And I can't wait to share that experience with this beautiful community in October. 🎶✨
