As we draw a near close to the year, wishing everyone a wonderful and relaxing holiday season spent with those you love. The years go by quickly, so cherish these moments and hold space where you can for those who might need a little extra support during the holidays.

It’s time for a change and I’m here for it! ☀️

With the recent closure to my craft hobby business, Natz Knick Knacks, it now feels more aligned to put my energy and heart solely into Kindred NRG Wellness. I hope to bring some of the creative energy I was putting into NKK here instead. Keep an eye out. For now, I continue to offer reiki sessions and intend to get back to blogging.

One of the most captivating books I’ve read in awhile. If you are interested in near death experience stories or what is in store for life after death I would highly recommend this read.
