Those who followed along in my Natz Knick Knacks days know how much crafting is another passion of mine. As long as I can remember from being a little girl to now, it continues to take me to a place where time seems to disappear and I get lost in the peace of it all..until maybe something goes wrong with my Cricut. 😂

I’ve tried to figure out how I can integrate it into this Reiki/wellness business of mine to “make sense”, but as I’ve thought about it more, I’m not even sure why I feel like it has to make sense to others when it just makes sense to me. That being said, I’ve decided to start bringing some items back into Kindred NRG Wellness because for me, it is another form of my own self care and wellness.

Keep an eye out for my Christmas offerings coming very soon! I look forward to sharing this other passion of mine in a different capacity with everyone again! 🎄🤍

It’s now official! I am back! 🤗

A year has gone by so fast, but now that my maternity leave is gradually coming to an end I can ease into offering more Reiki sessions in person and distance. I’ve done a lot of reflecting over the past year along with self healing Reiki sessions for myself and look forward to diving back into this more by offering it to those in need and who are looking to make a change for themselves. You are your own guide. You are able to heal yourself, but it’s also important to heal as a community.

If you are feeling stuck, stressed, anxious or anything that makes you feel out of alignment, please reach out. With the recent closure to my craft hobby business, Natz Knick Knacks, it now feels more aligned to put my energy and heart solely into Kindred NRG Wellness. I hope to bring some of the creative energy I was putting into NKK here instead. Keep an eye out. For now, I continue to offer reiki sessions and intend to get back to blogging.

One of the most captivating books I’ve read in awhile. If you are interested in near death experience stories or what is in store for life after death I would highly recommend this read.

I’ve gone back and forth on this for some time now and as I enter the last few weeks of my pregnancy I’m ready to take this step back, but also step forward into alignment with where I’m at. I’ve slowed down quite drastically over the last few months and it has helped my stress levels immensely. With that, I’ve decided to hold on giving any further paid individual Reiki sessions indefinitely.

It hasn’t been lighting me up as much as it used to and I’ve had a hard time coming to terms with that, but I’m now content knowing that I can always come back to it when the time feels right and for now I will continue to use this gift on a personal level.

I’ve turned back to writing and have written my first blog post in a very long time on finding my passion once again. If interested, feel free to take a read on my website. Link in bio. This is where I hope to continue showing up again for as long as it feels aligned.

It’s been awhile since I put out a Reiki promo offering. I’ve really slowed down during my pregnancy and have been practicing more being in alignment with what feels good for me and right now feels like a good time to put this out. 🙏🏻

With that I’m offering 30-minute distance Reiki sessions at 33% off for sessions booked this week only, June 11 - 18. As always, these sessions are completed from a distance and I will follow up with any insights that come through following the session via email or DM.

Session availability is limited, so please DM to book and I will provide you with my availability. You can then pick when works best for you. I recommend picking an available time when you know you will not be disturbed for the full 30 minutes and can lie down in a comfortable spot of your choosing.

Now if you can’t find a time for yourself to relax you can still receive the benefits of a session, so please don’t feel limited. Energy is not limited by space or time, so you will still receive the energy healing regardless of what you are doing at the time.
