Thank you so much to the 9 women who took time for themselves this afternoon. There was laughter and a few tears as we moved through practices that connect us with ourselves.

Today I hosted my second Step Into Yourself mini retreat at the studio. It will be offered every few months as this theme has become a little passion project for me. I love being able to guide people deeper into their practice. We explored the 8 Limbs of Yoga as well as the 5 Koshas.

A big thank you to my hubby for helping me turn our unfinished basement into this cozy little Yoga Nook. It’s the perfect place practice with the family as well as some private clients and meditation classes. I can’t wait to see what unfolds in this intimate little space we’ve created.
