It’s been quiet over here on the page lately, and I wanted to check in.
It was great to see everyone out at the Farmers Market kick off this past weekend 💜
Life has been full in the best and hardest ways. Between helping my mom and taking her to chemo and appointments, tending the gardens, keeping up with family life, and preparing for market season, social media has taken a back seat.
But behind the scenes, Sage & Soul has still been growing.
If you’ve been here for a while, thank you for sticking around. If you’re new, welcome. I’m excited to share more of the process, the gardens, the markets, and the products that make Sage & Soul what it is.
What started as a mom looking for more natural less tox products paired with a love of plants, herbs and nature, turned into something much bigger. I’ve always been drawn to and amazed by the healing found in plants, whether that’s through an infused oil or salve, a calming incense blend, a ritual bath, or simply spending time in the garden (or forest!!)
Many of the herbs and botanicals I use are grown right here in my own garden, nurtured from seed to harvest. There’s something special about watching a plant grow, harvesting it with intention, and transforming it into something that may bring comfort, peace, or a little bit of magic into someone else’s day.
Sage & Soul was never created to be a huge corporation or a perfectly curated brand. It’s simply creating products I believe in, learning as I go, and sharing my passion for herbs, wellness, and spiritual connection.
I can always be reached through messenger for questions or if you’re looking for one of my products!
I would love to know how you found my page, and what keeps you coming back?
