Good Day All!!!

Now more than ever we need to think about our mindset and healthy weight to continue to walk through 2026.

As a Real Coach I am Blessed to be able to share in the journey as I reach my goals too.

The new APP has so much to offer including support for those of us going through Menopause, living with diabetes or just wanting to maintain your weight.

Pass by our located at Connexion Plus 3654 Taschereau Blvd, Greenfield Park, QC J4V 2H8. We are open Tuesdays from 5PM to 6:30PM (workshop starts at 5:30PM) and Wednesdays from 11:35AM to 13:15 (workshop starts at 12:15PM) If not please check our APP for our Daily Virtual Workshops
