The full moon invites illumination, release and the clearing of what has reached completion.

Paired with Kambo, this ceremony offers space to work intentionally with what you are ready to let go of, old patterns, stagnant energy and the weight you no longer need to carry forward.

This is an invitation to pause, listen to your body and create room for greater clarity, alignment and remembering.

If part of you is whispering, “But what if it’s too much?” you’re not alone.

It’s so normal to feel scared or nervous when you are stepping into the unknown.

This work isn’t about pushing past fear. It’s about meeting it with honesty, preparation and support.

Curious if Kambo can support your process, let’s chat. Find the link at the top of my page.

You’re invited to join this powerful full moon Hapéh circle.

Hapé supports grounding, presence and connection to the body, while Sananga is traditionally worked with to sharpen awareness and invite a deeper connection to the third eye, your inner sight, intuition and ability to perceive beyond the surface.

Together, these medicines create space to quiet the mind, clear stagnant energy and return to what your spirit already knows.

Every system has its own way of letting go. There’s no gold star for intensity and no failure in gentleness.

Listen to your own rhythm, trust it and let that be enough.

If you’re curious about how Kambo might support you, make sure you’re following.

This work isn’t about looking polished or composed.

You arrive ready to shift and although it can be vulnerable to be witnessed in your process, allowing yourself to be held is part of the healing.

How long have you been carrying your stress, pain, wounds, heaviness alone?

Curious how Kambo can support your process, let’s connect!!

Rest is not something you have to earn.

You are still worthy on the days when you move slowly, leave things unfinished or simply don’t have the capacity to do it all.

Your body is allowed to ask for a pause, and you are allowed to listen.

What would giving yourself permission to slow down look like today?

Readiness doesn’t always arrive as certainty.

Sometimes it looks like curiosity that keeps returning, even while fear is still present.

You may not need more courage before exploring Kambo. You may need honest information, space to ask uncomfortable questions and confidence that your vulnerability will be met with care rather than judgment.

Fear doesn’t automatically mean no. But it does deserve to be listened to, not dismissed, rushed or pushed aside.

You’re allowed to move slowly.
You’re allowed to ask exactly what could happen.
And you’re allowed to decide whether Kambo feels appropriate for you.

If your curiosity is still here, book a complimentary 30-minute insight session through the link at the top of my page.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Kambo is that the more you purge, the more you’re “cleansing.”

But your body isn’t a scoreboard.

Some people vomit a lot. Some purge very little. Others may release through tears, shaking, pooping, laughing, yawning or simply resting afterward. None of these responses determines the depth or value of the experience.

The purge is a physiological response, not evidence that toxins are visibly leaving your body.

What people make of the experience afterward can be deeply personal. Some describe feeling lighter, clearer or emotionally released, while others simply feel tired and ready to rest.

There is no prize for having the most intense response. What matters is listening to your body and being properly supported through whatever arises.

Did you know this about the Kambo purge?

Most of us know how to survive the hard things.

We know how to push through, stay alert, anticipate what could go wrong and carry more than we should.

But when peace arrives?
When love feels steady?
When life begins to soften?

That can feel unfamiliar, even unsafe.

Healing isn’t only about releasing pain. It’s about expanding your capacity to receive joy, safety, love and ease without waiting for everything to fall apart.

You already know how to hold the chaos.

Now you’re learning how to hold the good.

What feels harder for you to trust: chaos or peace?
